Lac Amora Retreat - Open Space, Boulder, Mountains

Located 20 minutes to Denver, 15 minutes to Boulder, 10 minutes to old town Louisville, Lac Amora is an established neighborhood that is virtually void of traffic noise and speeding cars. Just steps away from the house are hiking and mountain bike trails, but under a mile away from a Starbucks, supermarket, liquor store and restaurants. You can sit on the dock overlooking the pond while you enjoy birds of prey flying above the preserve while having easy access to all your necessary stops. Just a little further down the hiking trail is a small lake where bald eagles are nesting near by. The newly remodeled house has a wonderful chef's kitchen with a huge island, formal dining area and breakfast nook. There is also a wonderful sitting area with a view, where you can enjoy your morning coffee. This is really a large, comfortable, open and bright space that everyone can enjoy together. Technically speaking, 17 people can sit comfortably in one room. Walk out of the kitchen onto the newly built deck and sitting area, and right down to the over-sized patio with a large dining area, grill and hammock. Outdoor relaxation or entertaining, your choice. Back inside, the downstairs is a large family room equipped with a huge wrap around sofa, flat screen tv and a desk with a printer for all of your office needs. Just down a small hall is a convenient laundry room and bathroom. 3 bedrooms are located upstairs. The 4th can be found in the newly remodeled basement, along with the 4th bathroom, which is off of a large Rec Room. This space has another separate tv area and plenty of room for kids or adults alike to spread out. 3 of the bedrooms have full beds, so each can sleep 2 people comfortably, along with smart tv's. There is a full bathroom with a tub in the hall. The master bedroom is very spacious and bright. The super comfy queen bed feels like a king. There is no tub in the master but the over-sized shower is fantastic. There is also a smart tv.

There is plenty of parking in the drive way and on the street. Please respect our neighbors and limit parking to our drive way or in front of the house.

Restaurants and shops are close.
Very conveniently located within 10 minute drive to breweries, shops, ice skating and movie theater.
Near the Westminster promenade and the Flatirons mall.
