«If you're expecting a big breakfast spread this won't be it .Also middle of the night a couple's dispute erupted right in the middle of the hallway that lasted over an hour, staff didn't care to handle the situation by calling the cops. Was worried for me and my little ones .Safety is clearly not a concern of theirs but hey it's Brockton after all you get what you pay for I guess .»

«Property was clean but outdated. Breakfast was subpar compared to other similar hotels. There is a Dunkin next door but this means we could not take advantage of complimentary breakfast.
The accessible bathroom was large but would have benefited from a walk in shower and the showerhead was too high. The controls were difficult to manipulate. Would not have been usable by some in a wheelchair.
The bedding was thin and lacked a comforter or quilt. The pillows were thin and not supportive.

«Free breakfast each morning was pretty good and open until 9 (10 on weekends). We were able to check in at 2. My only complaint is we stayed for 2 nights and no one every came in to empty trash/clean room. Not sure what the norm is but everywhere I've stayed in the past checks in on the room once per day. »
