«How did Expedia give this hotel a 9.0 rating?
We stayed in room 301 for 4 sleepless nights due to an excessive amount of noise. The ceiling creaked from movement overhead which made it impossible to sleep. Additionally, the TVs along with people talking and sneezing could be heard from other rooms. The hotel provided earplugs and a sound machine - which didn’t help eliminate the loud noises. The under staffed front desk prevented us from requesting a room change - there either was no one there ...

«Vi var veldig fornøyd med dette hotellet. Personalet var imøtekommende, det var rent og det var god plass på parkeringsplassen. Hotellet ligger veldig sentralt ift O'Hare Chicago, og det meste av spisesteder og butikker lå en kort kjøretur unna. Svært kort vei til Woodfield Mall, Schaumburg, det største kjøpesenteret i Illinois. Helt ok frokost.»

«**Hotel Review – 2 Stars**
Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel did not meet our expectations, so we can only give it **2 out of 5 stars**.
The biggest issue was the **cleanliness**. The bedsheets were not changed regularly, and we often had to request fresh towels because they were either not replaced or were left dirty. The bathrooms were not properly cleaned, and there was dust throughout the room. Overall, housekeeping was well below the standard we expected.
Breakfast was also ...

«The only thing I had an issue with was, the television. Majority of hotels I’ve stayed in had access for you to sign into Netflix, Hulu etc. This place didn’t. However; the place was clean and I enjoyed my stay.»
