Welcome to Tranquil Haven!  This spacious cabin is a retreat among the pines that boasts everything you need to relax, restore, reconnect, and make lasting memories. Tranquil Haven is a brand new, privately owned luxury cabin, nestled among the pines on an expansive wooded lot in Pine Hills West that features floor to ceiling windows, luxury furnishings and appliances, and stunning views. This modern rustic design brings the colors of tranquility and nature inside. The open floor plan makes it easy for your entire group to be together while eating, watching tv, or relaxing in front of the beautiful stone fireplace.
The fully stocked kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a dishwasher. There is also a coffee bar with a combination 12-cup coffee maker and a single serve k-pod brewer which provides a perfect spot to get your coffee in the morning before taking it out on the porch to relax to the sights and sounds of Tranquil Haven.
You will find two king suites downstairs and two upstairs, each with its own private bathroom featuring double sinks and a spacious walk-in shower. Each bedroom incudes a Smart TV. Upstairs you will also find a bunk room/game room that sleeps twelve and a full bathroom with bathtub/shower combo and double sinks. There is also a half bath downstairs.
The game room offers plenty of opportunity for fun and competition with a pool table, shuffleboard, retro arcade with over 400 games, as well as multiple board and card games to choose from. Directly off the game room is a large deck featuring amazing views as well as an opportunity to relax in the Adirondack rocking chairs or sunbathe in the lounge chairs while reading a book.
Outdoor living is ample at Tranquil Haven. Downstairs you can access the amazing porch through double French doors off the kitchen. On the right side of the porch you will find a cozy sitting area in front of a beautiful stone gas fireplace to either relax with nature all around or watch TV. The left side of the porch features a grill (propane included) and an outdoor dining table to enjoy meals al fresco. Steps off the porch, you will find the covered hot tub cabana that sits directly over a seasonal creek. In the yard you will find a stone firepit surrounded by Adirondack chairs (perfect for roasting marshmallows and making s’mores), a playset the kids will love, a picnic table, horseshoes and corn hole, as well as a path into the woods for exploring.
You are sure to find just what you are looking for at Tranquil Haven Cabin – it is located just minutes from hiking trails, Mountain Fork River, Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park and all that Hochatown offers.

We had a fantastic time. Everything was great clean, and just as advertised. The communication before and during our stay was wonderful. We were having our college Ministry Retreat and our students loved the rooms, the entertainment games and of course the hot tub. I would recommend this for anyone having a large group needing a wonderful place to stay, and great people to work with!

Perfect for a large family!

Our whole family of 15 loved staying at Tranquil Haven! It was just perfect for our needs. There are 4 king bedrooms with private bathrooms that were practically identical except one also had a daybed. This was great for our family....4 adult couples and 7 kids. The kids all loved the bunk room with the pool table, game table, arcade game and tv. The bunks are a little tricky getting into off the ladder, but the kids loved all the space and privacy curtains for each bed. We also really enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit and the huge yard. Great for frisbee throwing! I felt like this home had a really great space in the community - it was not crowded next to other houses, there were no noise issues, and the yard is big and open with tall trees. It's really beautiful. We came to celebrate a late family Christmas, and I had brought a small little tree to set up, but the home was already beautifully decorated for Christmas. That made it feel so homey to walk into and made for a comfortable stay. My only suggestion is to bring your own oven mitts if you plan on cooking. We cooked a lot for 15 people, and there were no oven mitts to use. But everything was so well put together and beautiful....we LOVED our stay!!

Bach Bash Success!

My fiancé and I had our bachelor & bachelorette celebration here with a group of 14 of our friends and it was so much fun! The cabin was just as beautiful as the pictures, and very clean. Jenn & Adam were responsive and easy to get ahold of too which was very nice! We loved making s’mores by the fire pit, grilling out on the grill, lounging in the hot tub, and enjoying a fire and card games up on the beautiful deck area. Definitely would recommend this cabin!

Nice layout

Great time hanging out with our whole family -outside play area was visible from living area as well as back patio so even in groups it didn’t feel like you were secluded from the others. With a great range of ages, all the play area & games were enjoyed. Fire pit, s’mores, homemade burgers on the grill.

Neighbors trip 2024

This property was absolutely stunning! We went with our neighborhood friends and their kids and it was a fun experience. My husband and I frequently travel via Vrbo and this was one of the nicest properties we’ve stayed at so far. I thought the price was great for everything that was included and the proximity to town, activities, and/or the store is nice. 10/10 recommend.

Thanksgiving break

We gathered here with family for our Thanksgiving break. 8 adults and 7 kids. The space was perfect. I felt that all the areas to gather were relativity close enough that you didn’t feel so far away from others where you may not havd hung out as much. The cabin was decorated for Xmas which was a great touch. The kids loved the bunk room and i loved that little individual curtains on each bunk to provide more darkness! We loved how the rooms were all the same lay out- king bed and bathroom. This was nice for us to all have our own space. An additional bed in one room for those kiddos who weren’t ready to sleep in the bunk room, was also a nice touch. The host family was amazing at communicating and i loved the email they sent out with all directions, instructions, things to do etc. You can tell a lot of work was put into that and i have never seen something like it, we’ve stayed in BB a handful of times. Highly recommend this place

Family Thanksgiving

Property was very well laid out and the amenities were great. The home was clean and the double ovens were perfect for a large group. It was already decorated for Christmas so that was a nice touch. We will definitely be back- the only issue we had was that a few of the kids were falling off of the ladder in the bunkroom- there is not an easy way to get off the ladder and unto the bunk.

Great home with all the amenities

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The kitchen is fully stocked and beds were very comfortable. We will definitely love to stay there again our next trip to Broken Bow. We were a group of 20 and everyone was very comfortable in the home and there were lots of places to eat in the home and hang out in the area around. Technology and wifi worked great as well. Wonderful experience!!!

We celebrated my parents 60th anniversary and my Dad’s 80th birthday! It was the perfect place to enjoy with ages ranging from 18 months to 84 years old! We enjoyed s’mores at the fire pit, the hot tub, and plenty of indoor and outdoor games to choose from! The hosts thought of everything down to the comfy beds and plenty of pillows ! We will certainly be back!!

Best Thanksgiving Ever (per my 8 year old grandson)

This home is absolutely gorgeous and we were excited to see that it was already beautifully decorated for Christmas. Our family (17 in all) never felt crowded do to the multiple entertaining areas. The game room was wonderful and the laughter and smiles will be a memory we will not forget. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. The covered porch with fireplace and TV was the designated football area. Other highlights - the hot tub, play area, and fire pit. Great communication from the owners. Every time I had a question they were quick to respond. It is an amazing home and we feel blessed to have been able to spend Thanksgiving there.
