If you’re dreaming of the ultimate family getaway or a relaxing weekend with your besties, this Hochatown cabin is calling your name! Tucked away in the heart of Broken Bow’s piney woods, it blends luxury-cabin comfort with resort-style backyard bliss that’ll make you never want to leave.
Step outside to a massive private backyard oasis straight out of a magazine—think a bubbling hot tub under the stars, an expansive patio with plenty of seating, a grill for epic BBQs, a fire pit perfect for s’mores and stories, cornhole, giant Jenga, and even a kids’ playground for little ones to burn off energy while the adults unwind beneath twinkle lights.
Inside, enjoy an open-concept living space with soaring ceilings, a cozy fireplace, a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, arcade games, and room for everyone to spread out. Sleeping arrangements include 3 comfy king-size beds, 2 sets of twin bunks, and 2 pull-out sofa sleepers, offering plenty of space for large families or groups.
Just minutes from Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, hiking trails, breweries, wineries, goat yoga, and all the Hochatown adventures—yet still far enough for total peace and quiet.

Great location

Best thing for us was it is close to Marina. We were mostly on the lake but house is nice and has a great outdoor area with huge porch. We dont have little kids anymore but would be great for little ones. Had air conditioner issues upstairs but they were very responsive and got fixed. We always use vrbos and this was first one that didn’t provide shampoo and conditioner. Not big deal just know you will need to bring some. Overall great.

Better than I thought!

This was my first time doing a cabin trip and I just want to say it did not disappoint. There was a total of 13 of us (5 adults 8 kids) and it didn’t feel crowded at all. I can say the internet stopped working for us so we didn’t have Wi-Fi for our last day/night that we were there but it didn’t really matter because there was a lot of games available that kept everybody busy and entertained. Overall this was a very great place and hopefully I will get to revisit in the future.

Comfortable stay

Overall very clean and great, spacious space. The outdoor amenities around the cabin were amazing, including the fire pit, hot tub, outdoor deck, and games. Great location, super close to the town center of hochatown. Main complaint is that the electricity kept on breaking/short - circuiting. Dishwasher would stop in the middle and the grill never worked for more than 5 minutes. Needed to check breakers a lot to get things restarted. Also no shampoo and conditioner in the showers, and lack of some basic cooking supplies like oil, tin foil/parchment paper. Fully stocked kitchen with utensils, but lack of other things

Weekend Getaway

We had an amazing time at “Time Well Spent”. Located close to the Broken Bow Lake. If we weren’t out on the lake we were being entertained at the house. The owners really thought of everything. Our kids (ages 1-8) had a blast. And so did the adults. Would highly recommend this house.

The most memorable family trip

This property is absolutely amazing inside and out. It has so many amenities. Brought all 7 of our kids all different ages and they all had so much fun! The property is beautiful big patio to relax while the kids play. We all needed this getaway more than we realized. Time well spent couldn’t be more fitting and it most certainly was.

Beautiful getaway

Everything was amazing. The pictures did not give the back deck and scenery justice! The kids had a blast playing in the creek in the back. Location is perfect. Short drive to every activity we had planned. Would love to book this cabin again!

Great cabin

The cabin was amazing, it was huge and super kid friendly. I wasn’t in love with the location just because I wanted to be more in the woods not being able to see all the neighbors, but that wouldn’t stop me from going again. I highly suggest the owners take new photos because the photos right now you can’t see everything involved with the cabin, but maybe that’s a surprise. It was great overall

The property was exactly as shown it was beautiful, the Out door space was incredible ,

upon arrival the guest before us had caused a few problems, the house keeper was wonderful and explained everything , the fire place had a small hiccup we called and with 10 min it was taken care of , the outdoor space was perfect. wish I could take this cabin to the Rockies ! It was top of the line. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Nice place in the woods

We had a nice getaway with the entire family from 5year old to adult children and mother in law! Quiet in the woods, kids loved the little stream, as did the dogs! Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit, and allllll the games inside and out! Plenty of beds for our large group of 8! Everyone was very comfortable and it was nice having the bedroom downstairs for us since it was my bday and we were the ones hosting so we had a bit of privacy lol!

Amazing Cabin!

The cabin was beautiful and the deck space was phenomenal! In addition to the property being gorgeous and clean, there were so many amenities. We had several children in our group and there was so much to keep them occupied. Between the game area upstairs and the wide variety of outdoor games and activities, everyone was well entertained. Would recommend this property to anyone. By far the best cabin we’ve stayed in!

We loved the space and the location of the cabin. Easy access to dining and the state park! The cabin was well stocked with all the things that we needed plus pretty clean. We loved all the outdoor games the cabin provided. We had a blast, and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful setting in a very relaxing wooded area

This home was so beautiful. We had enough beds with room to spare. There was a minor issue in the house but it was rectified very promptly and was handled very well. The staff was very polite and apologetic for the issue. I couldn't ask for a better place to stay and relax. We went for a mom and daughters Girl Trip and had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend this property. It's close to shopping and the lake and lots of eateries (although we did use the kitchen and cook there also).

A/c thermostat at Time Well Spent

The only issues we had. My family members that were staying upstairs kept complaining about the AC thermostat upstairs. It kept changing going back up to 75. They were waking up in the middle of the night sweating and changing it back to 72 then again during the day/ morning hours it was back to 75. So they felt , my family members that it needed to NOT be programed to change when you have guests actually occupying the cabin. Now as for my husband & I downstairs on the main floor was perfect. We were not sweating at all. We were actually kind of cold with air at 71/72 temp. Our all overall experience with the cabin, it was beautiful. Everything was beautiful outside & inside. Everything you needed was provided. I would definitely stay with them again if they’d have us. I would only recommend , just please when you have guest occupied in your cabin. The thermostat should not change constantly every time we turn it back down to 72. It should only be programmed when there are no guest in the cabin. It really was an issue for my family members. They were not happy about it.

Great location, spacious, lots to do. Cabin was great. Thumbs up!

The cabin did not disappoint. (Upstairs bedrooms were a little on the hot side. Outside decks were spacious and nice but didn't seem like they had been blown off or cleaned in a while. No shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom. Those were the only things that we felt could have been better.) But, certainly didn't spoil our fun. We loved the different areas inside and outside the cabin and all the games. Enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. Overall experience was great and we would recommend!
