Tucked on a private acre in Pine Hills North, this modern cabin was built for the trips that actually bring people together — late nights around the fire, kids splashing in the creek, adults soaking in the hot tub while something good plays on the outdoor TV. No noise from neighboring cabins. No fighting over the bathroom. No reason to leave.

The outdoor space is unlike anything else in Hochatown.
Your private seasonal creek is the first thing kids run to and the last thing they want to leave; wading, stone skipping, exploring. The gated pool has loungers and plenty of sun. The covered hot tub deck has an outdoor Smart TV and a gas grill. The fire pit is built for s'mores and long conversations. A hammock hangs in the trees by the creek. Cornhole and yard games sit under string lights. You could spend three days out here.

Inside, the space feels as good as it looks.
Vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows flood the great room with light. The chef's kitchen is fully stocked for a real group meal, and the dining table seats everyone. The living room has plush seating, a large Smart TV, and a gas fireplace available in the cooler months.

The adults sleep well here.
Both king suites are on the main floor, each with luxury linens, a Smart TV, and a private spa ensuite with a deep soaking tub and an oversized tiled shower. These are real retreats not just rooms.

The rest of the crew is handled.
The loft bunk room fits up to four with a twin-over-full bunk, a twin bed, and a sleeper sofa plus its own Smart TV.

And then there's the arcade.
A custom console with 60 classic games. Pac-Man, Galaga, Donkey Kong. The rematches write themselves.

A few things worth knowing:
◆ Maximum occupancy is 10 guests.
◆ The booking guest must be 25 or older and present for the entire stay.
◆ Dogs are welcome up to two well-behaved pups at $75 per dog per stay.
◆ Pool heating is available September - May at $75 per night and must be requested at least 24 hours before check-in.
◆ The gas fireplace is available October - April.
◆ A signed rental agreement and a refundable credit card hold are required to finalize your reservation, the hold is a pending transaction, not a charge.
