And there's plenty to do at the cabin! Challenge everyone to ping pong or cornhole, relax by the outdoor fireplace, or head upstairs for foosball and arcade games. Inside, soaring vaulted ceilings, warm wood details, an indoor fireplace, and open-concept living spaces make it easy for everyone to spend time together.

The cabin has four full bathrooms, indoor dining for 11, outdoor dining for eight, and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals together. The gas grill is connected directly to the propane supply, so there's no need to exchange tanks.



We provide linens, bath towels, hot tub towels, hair dryers, and a laundry room with a washer, dryer, detergent, iron, and drying rack. The cabin also has heating and air conditioning, an instant hot water heater, and high-speed WiFi.



Traveling with little ones? We provide a high chair, baby bath, Pack 'n Play, and children's dinnerware.



We provide starter supplies of coffee, toiletries, and paper products.

Daydream Believer is located in the heart of Hochatown, Oklahoma, in the Broken Bow area, less than a mile from Highway 259. It's a wonderful home base for exploring southeastern Oklahoma, whether you're coming for hiking, boating, fishing, kayaking, swimming, wineries, or simply a few days away from it all.



Spend the day at Beavers Bend State Park, get out on Broken Bow Lake, explore Hochatown's restaurants and attractions, or enjoy a round of golf at Cedar Creek. Then come home to relax in the hot tub, enjoy the fire pit, or settle in for a family game night.

**🚗 GETTING HERE**



Daydream Believer is conveniently located in central Hochatown, less than a mile from Highway 259. No steep hills are required to reach the cabin, although the area has dirt and gravel country roads. Trucks, SUVs, and vehicles with higher ground clearance are recommended.

**⭐ BEFORE BOOKING, PLEASE NOTE:**



🐾 **Dogs:** We welcome up to two dogs for an additional fee. Dogs must be at least one year old, house-trained, and crated when left alone. We provide food and water bowls and dark towels for wiping paws.

🚭 **House rules:** No parties, drugs, or smoking. Maximum occupancy is 16 guests at all times. The bunk room's upper beds are best suited for children.

📹 **Security:** Exterior security cameras are located at the entry doors.

📺 **Entertainment:** We provide high-speed WiFi and Smart TVs for streaming, but no traditional cable television.

🚗 **Road conditions:** No steep hills are required to access the cabin, but some roads in Hochatown are unpaved. Higher-clearance vehicles are recommended.

🔥 **Fire pit:** McCurtain County occasionally issues burn bans due to weather conditions. When a burn ban is in effect, the outdoor fire pit may not be used.

🌲 **Wildlife:** Our cabin is surrounded by nature, and you may encounter wildlife, including bears, snakes, and insects. Please keep doors closed at night, never leave food unattended outdoors, and don't leave children or pets outside unattended.

💳 **Rental agreement and security deposit:** A signed rental agreement and a $250 security deposit hold on your credit card are required. The hold is placed two days before check-in and released three days after check-out, assuming no significant, preventable damage. Normal wear and tear is not considered damage.

🔑 **Minimum booking age:** The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

🔐 **Guest access:** You'll receive a unique front-door access code before arrival. The code is changed after every stay. You'll have exclusive access to the property, except for locked owners' closets.
