The Turf Field was designed for active outdoor fun that brings everyone together. Football tosses at golden hour, soccer games, gymnastics & Dance practices, yoga resets, spontaneous family competitions, and outdoor movies projected on the screen quickly become part of the experience.

As the sun sets, the backyard comes to life. Pool lights glow beneath the pines, conversations gather around the firepit, and guests unwind between the hot tub, sauna, cabana, and outdoor lounge spaces.

The Gathering Deck quickly becomes a favorite hangout spot. Under a covered deck with outdoor dining, a grill, fireplace, lounge, TV, multiple seating areas, and The Reset Corner sauna tucked beneath the deck, it was designed for slow mornings, easy afternoons, and late-night conversations.

Inside, the fun continues with The Game Loft Social featuring poker nights, pool tournaments, LED air hockey battles, arcade games, PS5 and cozy late-night hangs that keep everyone laughing long after midnight.

After long lake days at Broken Bow Lake or adventures exploring Beavers Bend State Park, Swim in the Pines welcomes your group back to your own private resort-style retreat beneath the trees. The pool glows beneath the pines while movies play on the outdoor cinema, milkshakes are shared beneath the cabana lights, laughter echoes from the game loft, and someone always ends up staying by the firepit longer than planned.

This is the place where weekends slow down, everyone reconnects, and the best memories happen in the moments nobody planned. 🌲✨

Please note:

Pool Heating: If outside temperatures drop to 38°F or below, the heater automatically shuts off; therefore, heating is not guaranteed at temperatures below 38°F. It will restart when the temperature rises above 38°F. The pool is heated with propane and typically reaches 85°F to 90°F. We require at least 48 hours' notice to heat the pool. The pool heating fee is $125/night, and we require a minimum of 2 consecutive nights if pool heating is requested.

→ For guest safety, exterior cameras are installed. They do not capture anything private, only entry points.
→ No parties permitted per platform regulations.
→ Up to 2 dogs permitted pending approval, dog rules, and a $150 pet fee.
→ No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the cabin.
→ No fireworks permitted.
→ Maximum occupancy: 20 guests. Exceeding occupancy may result in additional charges and/or eviction without refund.
→ Must be 24 years or older to rent, and the booking guest must be present with their guests for the entire stay.
→ A signed rental agreement is required, along with ID verification.
→ Please note: Broken Bow/Hochatown is a rural forest destination. While the home is equipped with high-speed internet, outages may occasionally occur due to local infrastructure. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, and no refunds are provided for connectivity issues or speed fluctuations.
→ A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish sponge, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, K-cup pods, salt, and pepper is provided to help get your stay started.
→ The kitchen is fully equipped for group cooking and dining. Two sets of washers and dryers are also provided for guest use. Towels and linens are included.
→ Hot tub includes a small starter supply of chlorine for use after each stay as directed.
→ Propane is provided for the gas grill. Guests are asked to clean the grill tray after use to prevent flare-ups.
→ Fireplaces are seasonal and typically available from mid-October through early May (dates may vary based on weather conditions).
→ This cabin is located in the forest, and it's common to encounter chiggers, bugs, and other nature-loving creatures. Leaving doors open may invite some of them inside despite our efforts to manage the situation. We work with a professional pest control company to minimize encounters; however, refunds are not provided for animal, insect, or pest encounters.
→ A $300 security deposit hold will be placed on your card during your stay and released within 2 days after checkout, pending no damages or missing items. This is a hold only, not a charge, and is processed through an Airbnb-approved third-party system.
