Your stay includes access to a personal charging station, complimentary during your visit. Please note, there is a 220V plug available, so you’ll just need to bring your own charging cable.

🏊 Pool Use & Heating: A non-refundable pool fee covers weekly service and chemicals.

❄️ Optional pool heating is available October 1– May 31 for $225 (first 3 days) + $75/day after, if requested. The pool is managed by the property manager and typically stays 75–85°F, though an exact temperature cannot be guaranteed. The heater is turned on the day of your arrival. Thermostats: The home is equipped with Nest Learning Thermostats, which you are welcome to adjust to your preferred temperature during your stay. Please note that if the home is unoccupied for an extended period, the system may automatically enter Eco Mode and adjust the temperature to 76°F. If this occurs, simply readjust thermostat to your desired setting upon your return.

To help prevent HVAC units from freezing and sustaining damage, thermostats must not be set below 70°F during the summer months. Guests are responsible for any damages or repair costs resulting from the thermostat being set below this temperature. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain the property and ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.

🛠️ If any mechanical items break or fail before or during your stay, we will work as quickly as possible to get things back in working order for you. However, we do not provide any refunds because of this. We do our best to notify you if a certain amenity is not in working order before your arrival.
