The Space:

Inside, the open-concept layout welcomes you with a spacious living area featuring high ceilings, oversized comfortable leather furniture, a smart TV, and a cozy gas fireplace framed by large windows that bring the outdoors in. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the living space and is fully equipped for group meals, showcasing stone countertops, rich cabinetry, both Keurig and traditional coffee makers, and counter seating for four. A dining table for eight provides plenty of space for shared meals and game nights. Upstairs, the loft game room adds another hangout space with a pool table, video game system, smart TV, and two sofas. Step outside to the covered deck where you’ll find a hot tub, ample seating, a grill, and a dining table for alfresco meals, while the yard below features a firepit perfect for s’mores and late-night conversations beneath the pine canopy.



This home comfortably sleeps 14 guests between 4 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the game room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a large soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, 2 sets of twin-over-twin size beds, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower, also accessible via the game room.



This home also includes a half bathroom.
