• A mountainside container pool is available on-site and is cleaned and maintained regularly.
• Pool heating is available for $100 per day for the entire duration of the booking.
• Pool heating must be arranged at least 1 day prior to arrival.
• The pool is heated to approximately 86°F with paid confirmation.

🐾 Pets
• Dog-friendly (fee applies)
• $50 per dog, per night
• Up to 4 dogs allowed
• Pet fees are added automatically when included at booking

🛁 Hot Tub & Spa Use
• Professionally cleaned and maintained

→ Maximum occupancy of 20 guests strictly enforced
→ 📦 LEFT-BEHIND ITEMS: Items left behind are not our responsibility, but we will make reasonable efforts to return them at the guest’s expense. A $50 handling fee plus shipping costs applies. We are not liable for loss or damage once items leave our care. Unclaimed items remaining after 30 days may be donated or discarded.
