The Space:
Escape to a 4-bedroom cabin with an additional 6 twin-sized bunk beds, providing ample space for a large group or family gathering. The interior is thoughtfully designed to create a cozy and inviting atmosphere, ensuring a memorable stay.

The home has five bathrooms all of which are supplied with bath essentials (shampoo, body wash), towels, toilet paper, and a hairdryer.

The home is professionally cleaned before every stay with clean linens and towels. Fresh new sheets, linens, and towels will be provided for your stay. We will prepare based on the number of guests.

Presenting a fully equipped kitchen that boasts granite countertops and a center island for added culinary space. This kitchen is easily connected to the very well sun lit dining area as well as the living room making it the heart for gatherings and bonding.

• LIVING AREA •
The home boasts two living spaces. One is on the main level having access to both the dining area and kitchen; with the fireplace lit, this makes a perfect setting for intimate gatherings. The second living area or could also be considered a recreational haven for the home. This area offers games and various activities ideal for the family to bond and relax. Being located on the second floor, the second living area also has bunk beds for quick rests and view the outdoors through the panoramic windows.

• OUTDOOR •
The outdoor of this cabin presents a picturesque beauty of Broken Bow. Surrounded with lush greens, the balcony is an ideal place to be warm and cozy while whipping up your favorite BBQ, be closer to nature and sit around the firepit and enjoy the views under the stars or relax and take a dip in the hot tub while being presented with the woods and greens Broken Bow has to offer. Truly a majestic setting for great family moments.

• SECURITY & SAFETY •
External security cameras ensure guest safety, with no cameras inside for privacy. Smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, and noise monitoring devices enhance security.

• OTHER AMENITIES •
The home comes with improved and high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, hairdryers. iron and iron board and smart TV with streaming apps.

• FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS •
1. Can I check-in early?
• We'll have to confirm a time the night before or the morning of your arrival, pending the cleaning schedule and the status of the house. It is best to scheduled for 4PM check-in in case we're unable to. Of course, we'll do our best to make it happen, though! 

2. Do you have a luggage storage?
• We don't have a secure luggage storage to store your luggage. Bagbnb offers convenient luggage storage locations throughout, including spots near popular attractions and transportation hubs. You can easily find the nearest available storage spot by visiting their website or using their app.

3. Do you offer daily clean?
• We don't offer daily housekeeper however, if you need it, we can certainly make arrangements for an additional cost

4. Do you replace towels and sheets?
• We don't usually replace towels and sheets. We'd be glad to schedule a light clean with towels and sheets replacement for an extra fee.

5. Do you replenish supplies?
• Our homes are self-catering. We are happy to provide you with the initial supplies to get you started. Once that runs out, you'll need to purchase more on your own.

• ADDITIONAL NOTES ABOUT THE HOME
 - BBQ Grill: We do NOT provide propane tanks for the BBQ grill. After usage please note that guests are requested to clean the BBQ grill thoroughly after each use. Failure to do so will result in a BBQ cleaning fee of $100 being applied.

- Landscaper: A landscaper will be on property to maintain property grounds. They will not be accessing the home.

- Pre Check-in Form: Guests will be required to fill out a pre check-in form which will require additional documents to validate age and card used for the reservation prior to arrival. Guests booked through Airbnb are not required to fill out the pre-check-in form.

- Rental Agreement: Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement prior to arrival. Guests booked through Airbnb are not required to sign the Rental Agreement.

- Visits and Property Access: We will always notify in advance should there be a need to access the homes and no one will ever enter without your approval. An exception is if there is a fire or life-threatening situations in the home.

During your stay, you will have the exclusive use of the entire home, ensuring privacy and comfort.
