The Bear Cabins presents Whispering Breeze- a 4 bedroom + loft cabin with 4 bathrooms and sleeps up to 11 guests. Whispering Breeze sits on 2 private acres with a private gated entrance and a separate gated yard for pets. This cabin is one of a kind with the privacy and seclusion it offers. Whispering Breeze sits in central Hochatown in one of the most sought after areas- just a 5 min walk to the new 259 Market, new shops, and food truck! Less than 5 min from Mt Fork Brewery, Shuck Me and more!

As you walk into Whispering Breeze you will be in awe of the vaulted ceilings and large open living and dining space! This is the true classic cabin you and your family are looking for. A beautiful wood interior, cedar furniture and the picturesque cabin vibe you want!

You are surrounded by 2 acres to roam, explore and play! Many adventures are to be had at Whispering Breeze. You and your family fill leave feeling refreshed and renewed by tapping into nature and all it has to offer.

Whispering Breeze has a circle driveway making it easy to tow in boats, ATV's and more for a vacation full of adventure!! Not to mention the covered pull through parking to protect you and your guest during the rainy days!

The fully stocked kitchen comes with all appliances, pots, pans and dishwasher you need. Each bedroom comes furnished with linens and towels for you during your stay.

The game room has an area with built in bunks, and an extra trundle in the bunk-room with no mattress. These are not currently offered to our guest.**

Our on-site housekeeping crews provide a starter supply of basic essentials. These supplies will not be replenished, but there are local stores that can assist with any needs that come up!

Other things to note:
- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in a heavily-treed area, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments. If there is an abundance of critters, please inform your host.
- Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.
- ABSOLUTLEY NO smoking *in* the home.
- Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. We charge $75 for two hours late/early for all requests of early check-in & late check-out, based on availability. Please note we may not be able to accommodate early check-ins/ late checkouts. Please message us for more details.

The property is managed by The Bear Cabins in BB, LLC. Your host is available by text, message, or call during your stay! After booking you will be required to submit a pre-arrival form, show ID, and sign our rental agreement. This property is a contactless self check in. Code will be sent 3 days before check in.
