The open-concept living room flows into the chef’s kitchen and dining area, making it easy for the whole group to actually be together. Large windows bring in natural light and wooded views throughout. Upstairs, the entertainment loft is where evenings happen: pool table, custom arcade machine with 60 classic games, and room for everyone to unwind.

— OUTSIDE —
The outdoor spaces are where Pure Country truly shines. A private heated pool and hot tub sit tucked into the pine forest. Multi-level decks give everyone room to spread out; morning coffee by the outdoor fireplace, evening s’mores at the fire pit, dinner off the grill. Kids will love the outdoor playset while the adults relax. Quiet, private, and built for the kind of evenings people talk about for years.

🌡️ Want a heated pool? Pool heating is available for $75/night from September through May. To ensure the pool is ready for your arrival, heating must be requested at least 24 hours before check-in and applies to the entire stay.

Please note: Pool heating is not available June through August due to warm summer temperatures. Target heated pool temperature is 80–84°F.

A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, and salt & pepper will be provided for your stay. The cabin has a fully equipped kitchen, washers/dryer, towels, and linens.

🔒 House Notes
Guests must sign our legal agreement and provide a credit card for a security deposit hold. Failure to do so may result in cancellation.

🧼 Pool Maintenance
Our pool is professionally serviced twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays. These cleanings are pre-scheduled and cannot be moved.

🌿 A Quick Note About Nature
Because the home is surrounded by beautiful forest, it's normal for leaves or other natural debris to occasionally land in the pool. For your convenience, we provide a pool skimmer net for use between cleanings.

This property is a vacation rental which means that it is not always occupied. For the protection of our cabin and for the safety of our guests, we have installed exterior cameras; one is above the main entrance, facing the driveway, and the second is facing the back doors cabin entrance.

— Maximum occupancy: 17 guests
— Must be 25+ to book; booking guest must be present for the entire stay
— No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
— No pets (strictly enforced — allergy reasons)
— No fireworks
— No loud parties or amplified music after 10:00 PM; quiet family gatherings warmly welcomed
— Exterior security cameras at the front entrance (facing driveway) and rear entrance (facing back doors) for guest safety

GAS FIREPLACES: available October through April only.
INTERNET: Broken Bow is a rural area. Fast Wi-Fi is installed, but occasional outages can happen. We can't guarantee service.
DÉCOR: furnishings and seasonal décor are updated periodically — the cabin may look slightly different than photos.
