Tender Mercies is a pet-friendly retreat that feels welcoming from the moment you arrive, with four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms that give everyone their own space while still keeping things connected. The open living area, cozy fireplace, and spacious kitchen create the perfect hub for meals, conversation, and downtime. A fully loaded game room with shuffleboard, foosball, and arcade games keeps everyone entertained, while outside you’ll find a hot tub, a tucked-away playset for kids, and a firepit that’s perfect for evenings under the stars.

Hibernation Station is built for gathering in style, offering four king suites, a bunk room for the kids, and plenty of room to spread out. The game room features a pool table, arcade, and card table, while the upper deck delivers incredible sunset views. Outside, the experience continues with a hot tub, swing bed, fire pit, and spacious decks complete with an outdoor kitchen, lounge seating, and fun extras like Connect 4 and disc golf, making it just as enjoyable outdoors as it is inside.

Chateau St. Labrador brings a cozy, elevated cabin feel with three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, and a warm, inviting design that’s perfect for families or small groups. We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy with a maximum of 2 dogs per cabin. A pet fee of $150 per cabin is required.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ EV CHARGER INFO ★
The best option for EV fast charging is at the Choctaw Casino, which offers multiple fast charging stations. Hibernation Station has a 240V charger. Guests planning to charge their car at the cabin should bring their own adaptors and charging cables to ensure compatibility.

★ NOISE ORDINANCE ★
We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

★ A NOTE ON YOUR WOODLAND ESCAPE ★
We are thrilled to share our slice of nature with you! Because this home is nestled in the heart of the woods, please keep in mind that you are visiting a thriving ecosystem. While the peace and privacy are unmatched, "vacationing in the woods" comes with a few natural quirks:
- Wildlife: It is common to see deer, turkeys, and squirrels. Occasionally, larger neighbors like raccoons may pass through. Please keep all food indoors and dispose of trash in the secured bins provided to avoid uninvited dinner guests.
- The "Bug" Factor: We maintain a professional pest control schedule; however, the occasional spider, beetle, ladybug, or wasp may find their way inside—especially during rain or seasonal shifts. These "woodland friends" are simply part of the forest experience.
- Spring Pollen Disclaimer: If you are visiting during the spring, please be aware that the forest is in full bloom! A fine dusting of yellow pollen on outdoor furniture and decks is common during this time. Guests with sensitivities may want to come prepared.
- Keeping doors and screens closed will help keep the great outdoors exactly where it belongs—outdoors!

We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of the forest.
