I must point out that every single staff member we had contact with were outstanding. The two young fellas at the front desk when we arrived from a long haul flight were super friendly and helpful and had a line of us checked in within minutes . «Professional and helpful staff. Transport to and from the airport. Clean room. Lovely coffee and hot chocolate machine in the lobby where you can make yourself a hot drink anytime you like. Good restaurant next door where you receive 10 percent off. Price not too bad and free cancellation up until a few days before your stay. Always handy incase of unexpected change of travel plans. Would recommend. »

«Needed a hotel close to the airport. Looked nice. Woke up in the morning only to find lots of insects crawling on the bed, the floor, basically all over. Not good. Then when turning on the showers, a huge spider came creeping up from the drain. Left the room earlier than I wanted to. Mentioned it to the receptionist and he was sorry, but that was basically all. One would expect more for 450 dollars for a night. »
