«Everything was perfect. Rose is a very nice host. I like the idea that you have to take off your shoes at the entrance. That keeps the whole place cleaner. The only thing i was missing was a tv. I am planning to stay there again if Rose lets me :)»

«Friendly staff, but lumpy cushions, hair in bathroom on floor and sink, hair on topsheet and if you accidentally flip the sheet and expose the mattress there is hair and dust by the head area. »

«Needed a hotel close to the airport. Looked nice. Woke up in the morning only to find lots of insects crawling on the bed, the floor, basically all over. Not good. Then when turning on the showers, a huge spider came creeping up from the drain. Left the room earlier than I wanted to. Mentioned it to the receptionist and he was sorry, but that was basically all. One would expect more for 450 dollars for a night. »

«If you’re contemplating the YVR Fairmont, try Hotel Versante instead. The rooms at Versante are just amazing, the staff are great, and it’s super close. The parking is secure and cheaper than YVR, the Cask Whiskey Bar and Bruno Restaurant are spot on, and did I say the staff are great? 🙌🔥 But shhhh, don’t tell anyone. »

«Staff were very courteous including the airport shuttle, the front desk and the restaurant staff. Our room was a great size for a family of five. Great stopover awaiting flight. The hotel were flexible with our check out time to accommodate our flight, we were very appreciative. Great food in the restaurant and room service. We rested between flights for a day and thoroughly enjoyed the stay and rest. A shopping centre is very close by which was great to fill in some time and have a look at. »
