Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. We ask guests to please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Upon booking, you will receive a "Guest Screening" email from a company called Safely. This is an insurance company that we work to protect against identify theft and criminal behavior. Within that email, you will be asked to click on a link to fill out a screening questionnaire, asking for your first and last name, date of birth, and address. This is a requirement for us to confirm your reservation so please complete it once the email arrives.

THE SPACE:
The house comfortably accommodates six guests, with three beautifully appointed bedrooms on the lower level, each with balcony access to captivating views of the water and mountains. The main floor hosts a spacious living room, state-of-the-art kitchen, and a dining area that comfortably seats six.

Please note: The indoor living room stove is for decorative purposes only, but the home is efficiently heated through thermostats and radiant floor heating. We regret that we cannot accommodate pets at this time.

The home does not have air condition but there are fans available.

Free parking with EV charging is available on the premises.

We kindly request all our guests to respect our No Party policy to maintain the serene atmosphere of the area. Please observe quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.

Check-in: 4pm onwards; Check-out: by 10am. Please inquire for the possibility of early check-in or late check-out. Additional fees may apply.

Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the home. There will be a penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in the home during your reservation period.

There is a Studio unit above the garage that acts as storage for the owner of the house and every so often they stay for a night or two. It's not an Airbnb listing and no guests stay there. You have full access to the main house, Peloton room, deck, yard, etc. The whole place is yours :)

By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.
