Riverview Retreat Pad #5 is nestled right on the banks of the legendary South Holston River in Bristol Tennessee-one of the top-rated fly fishing destinations in the United States, this charming fishing cabin offers world-class fly fishing year round as well as a peaceful family retreat.

Step inside this warm and inviting retreat featuring 2 charming bedrooms with 3 comfortable beds—perfect for up to 4 guests. Designed with rustic warmth and cozy touches throughout, this space offers a relaxing atmosphere that feels just like home.

The shared bathroom is thoughtfully stocked with fresh towels, soap, and shampoo for your convenience. You’ll also find a full-size washer and dryer, making it easy to settle in and feel right at home during your stay.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, with full-size appliances and all the essentials for cooking. You’ll also love the welcoming Coffee Bar, complete with Ground Coffee, K-cups, Sweeteners, Creamers, Syrups, and To-Go Cups—perfect for starting your morning or taking a warm drink with you to the River.

Note: There is two steps into Riverview Retreat and once inside there are two steps between Living Room and Kitchen. A ramp from deck leads into the grassy area of the yard. Also, we are in a rural area with spotty cell reception inside house so WiFi calling is recommended when inside home. 

Fishing along South Holston River in front of Pad 1 and Pad 2 is restricted with no fishing allowed per TVA due to the spawning season between November 1 - February 1. Fishing on other parts of the South Holson River including Pad 4 and Pad 5 is allowed year round.
