• Weekly stay: Rental only by the week, with flexibility of arrival/departure from
Saturday to Saturday or from Sunday to Sunday.

arrival to introduce you to the villa and share with you my best local addresses.
• Amenities: High Speed Internet (Wi-Fi) included and private/secure parking spaces in the
property.
• Family spirit: Our villa is a haven of peace, ideally designed to accommodate families with
children, couples or groups of friends looking for peace.
• Parties prohibited: In order to preserve the tranquility of the neighborhood, festive events and parties are not allowed
are not allowed. Quiet requested after 10pm outside.
