«Customer service! There was the smallest of issues with my original room, within two min of me messaging I had messages back and a phone call to fix everything. I have never had that level of care in a hotel stay! Rooms are lovely and comfortable. They are not like an ordinary hotel room in the very best way, they all have character. Will stay here again.»

«This is definitely the worst place I’ve stayed in many years. It is overpriced for the value, the place is absolutely worn down and should be fully refurbished. I will never stay here again. Further the hotel’s webside clearly lies when it posts pictures of the hotel and area around as very nice. The hotel website also says daily cleaning. «First off, the owners were very nice and friendly. The house was beautifully decorated, and had a great view. Our beds were so comfortable, it was amazing.
