«Great stay..new carpet in room, clean bathrooms, easy check in and check out...easy access to the 118 Freeway...quiet hallways...well worth it.»

«It was right next to the freeway. Convenient to local shopping centers, eating places, parks and hiking trails. Dog friendly with well maintained dog friendly landscape and provided lots of personal space and privacy. I would stay there again on our next visit to Los Angeles County.»

«Breakfast was mediocre, husband’s waffle not okay. He said there was something like lumps of brown sugar cooked into the batter. Hard to regulate the air temperature in the room. The queen bed seemed small, like a full. Nice and quiet location though. $11.00 for two KitKat candy bars is a bit steep.»

«The man who sat in the reception when we arrived in the evening was super friendly, do not remember his name but he was a white man in his 30-40s, almost bald, he had actually seen norwegian movies/tv shows. Anyway, he was above and beyond friendly and helpful, give him a raise.»

«The hotel and service was awesome, during our 2 week trip to the US this was by far the best hotel we stayed at. Some other 5 star hotels paled in comparison. The only drawback is that the location isn't great, the distance to LA is quite far but definately a great place to relax. The beach I think was a 20minute drive. Our view wasn't superb as we had some view of the freeway, but we didn't mind. Nothing bad to say about the service, it was great from start to finish, I would definately ...

«This location is amazing. Everything was so clean and the staffs were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again!»

«Great experience, staff was really nice and professional. The room was nice and well maintained, and the bed was comfortable enough. It’s not a new property but it’s well taken care of and close to water wise and things. Would stay again»

«On check in, there was a sign about extra fees, so I asked the person helping me if I was being charged for it. He assured me that I had already prepayed them through Expedia. But I was charged these fees and no one could tell me why, since I had prepayed. I was supposed to be charged only $12.00. Then suddenly I had to pay a parking fee. The manager refused to help out and told me to file a complaint and dispute. Also, the breakfast was not good. No flavor. Everything was dry.»

«We stayed for two nights. The room was ok: good that the floor doesn’t have a gross carpet. The lighting however was bright and bad - felt like we were inside a hospital. We were looking forward to the included breakfast, as the hotel claimed it was a «breakfast experience» and a loved local café. We came there at 7 (when it was supposed to open), and had to wait 10 minutes before they actual opened the doors. Inside it was really shabby, and the food were served was even worse. We ordered the ...

«No room amenities like toothbrushes or toothpaste were provided. Parking and breakfast came with additional charges. I wouldn’t suggest staying here—it was a mistake booking this place.»
