«We stayed here over christmas and had a beautiful experience. The hotel itself is just lovely. Our room was huge and we loved the amenities such as coffee maker, closet, and bathroom. The pool area is gorgeous, and the ocean front location is stunning. We watched the sunset each evening from the pier. «This place was a gem! We ended up extending. It’s like staying at a colonial villa, and there are only a few other guest rooms on the property. A couple indoors, and two in the back in separate buildings. Super cool decor, amenities and walking distance to the city, without the noise. We felt like we got it almost to ourselves as there are hardly other guest rooms. The pool is big and clean! Strongly recommend this place.»

«The location isn't the best. It is possible to walk to Punda, which is the main tourist area, but it is best to have a rental car (free parking). The hotel has an interesting history, being a renovated ice cream factory, and is quite picturesque with small houses in varying pastel colours. The owner was interested in art, and had spread different pieces all around the hotel area, making the atmosphere even more interesting and appealing. «Super friendly staff! They reached out prior to check, greeted us upon our arrival and often went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasent right up until our departure. They gave us great advise for our stay with restaurant recommendations and information about what was happening in town during our stay. The property was spotless and beautiful. If i could give them 6 stars I would.»
