## Logement
Located on the 4th floor with elevator, it includes :
- a sleeping area with a bunk bed ;
- an open-plan bedroom with a single bed
- a functional shower room ;
- separate toilet
- a fully equipped kitchen ;
- a dining room (with table and chairs) ;
- and lounge area with sofa bed.

You'll particularly appreciate the bright, unobstructed views.

For your comfort, you'll have at your disposal: Parking, Ski room, Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Iron, Hairdryer, Combined fridge and freezer, Steam cooker, Pancake pan, Measuring glass, Scale, Citrus press, Raclette and fondue machine, Classic and Krups electric coffee machines with Dolce Gusto pod, etc. Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.

Please note that if you need extra storage for food, we also provide a small side cabinet on wheels, with drawers, which is located behind the curtain in the entrance hall.

The apartment is well laid out. Everything is within walking distance!
It's also close to numerous shops, restaurants, the casino, cinema, media library and Briançon train station. There's also a supermarket just a 7-minute walk from the building.

Things to do near the property :
- For ski lovers, the Prorel gondola is just 250 m away: then it's up to you to choose between downhill skiing, snowshoeing or ski touring. There's also a ski rental store at the foot of the gondola, and the ESF ski school for your children. Just a few meters away, you'll find the Sainte Catherine bus stop, which serves the cross-country ski resorts (Le Monêtier-les-Bains line 55, Névache line 7...);

- For water sports enthusiasts, there's a store offering rafting, kayaking and hydrospeed trips at the foot of Prorel.
Briançon also has a water sports center (15 minutes' walk away, with 3 pools of 25 m, 50 m outdoor and a fun pool with slide). There's also a skating rink next door. Nearby, you'll find a number of lakes and an organic swimming area at Chantemerle;

## Emplacement
Briançon is a little corner of paradise where there's something for everyone. This town of art and history, fortified by Vauban in the 18th century, is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Briançon boasts a remarkable array of military works, built between the 18th and 20th centuries to improve the town's defense system. The tour includes the upper town, or Vauban citadel, the very heart of Briançon, dominated by the fortified castle, and the surrounding fortifications of Fort des Salettes, Fort des Trois Têtes and Fort du Randouillet. In winter, Briançon becomes a popular destination for ski enthusiasts, with its ski area forming part of the famous Serre Chevalier resort.
