We will not stay here again, and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. They appear to be deliberately delaying the situation by not responding and simply waiting for us to give up and let it go. This is a very unprofessional and dishonest way to conduct business. How a company handles a mistake says a lot about them, and based on this experience, this is one of the worst management experiences we have had.The website listed laundry as one of the amenities, but this was false advertising. We were traveling with two kids and packed specifically expecting to use the laundry, so this became a problem quickly. I contacted the mgmt company the next day. At first, their agent said they would check whether there was any laundry facility available for us to use, but the answer was no. I then asked what their solution would be, and I was told they were checking with the property mgr. I waited half a day and received no response. I followed up and was told there was still no response from the property mgr. I waited another full day and asked again, but received the same reply-no response from property mgr. After two days, I informed them that I needed to hear an alternative solution by three hours later; otherwise, I would contact Vrbo. I even gave them an additional full day to respond, but still heard nothing back, so I reached out to Vrbo. Vrbo’s initial response was the issue had been resolved, which was not true at all. As of now, it has been over three days, and still no solution.
