Brian Head is a year-round mountain destination with skiing, snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, and other outdoor activities.

When you're ready to explore beyond Brian Head, you're perfectly positioned for some of Southern Utah's most spectacular destinations:

We want guests to have a great stay, so here are three important details:

**The home has a spiral staircase to access the up and downstairs.** Please keep this in mind if anyone in your group has mobility concerns or if you're traveling with very young children.

**There is no dishwasher.** Dishes will need to be washed by hand during your stay.

**The home is on a city maintained road.** The road will be plowed on those snowy days.
