This 4 bedroom / 2.5 bath home is set in a serenely quiet neighborhood with Cape Cod Bay water views from more than half of the house. Newly furnished and nicely equipped, this home has plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy their vacation, inside and out. Dine in luxury in the captain’s dining room appointed with a custom made model ship, read a book in the sunroom or enjoy the water views from the large deck and backyard, equipped with a fire pit and gas grill. Take advantage of the added amenities included with this home: 6 kayaks with life vests and paddles, 4 bicycles, toys for children and welcome basket treats for the adults. There is plenty of garage space to store your Jeep or convertible while you enjoy a stroll to Crosby Landing Beach, known for the sandy tidal flats of Brewster. After a long day of fun, sleep soundly on the recently purchased luxury mattresses and fine bed linens included with this rental home.

Non-refundable $500 Administrative fee, $150 Cleaning fee (Linens Included), plus applicable state and local taxes.

Cancellation Policy:

If the Commonwealth of Massachusetts bans short-term rentals, you would receive a full refund. Otherwise, our standard cancellation policy is in effect:
In the event of cancellation for any reason, please contact us immediately followed by in writing. Written notice of cancellation must be accompanied by payment of a $500 cancellation fee to Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, which may be charged to a credit card. Upon Notice of Cancellation, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty will endeavor to find a substitute tenant. In the event a substitute tenant is found, monies paid in advance will be refunded, less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due. You herein acknowledge that you will only be entitled to a rebate only if you give written notice, pay the cancellation fee and the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. For your protection, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty recommends the purchase of Optional Travel Insurance provided by CSA. In the event the property does not rent for the same terms, all Guest payments for the entire agreement amount are due and forfeited to the owner.
