The house consists of 4 bedrooms and a dormitory area on the mezzanine level. Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor, one with a bed 140 and a sink, a second with a bed 140 and the third with a bed of 140.

Upstairs a closed bedroom with a bed 140 and a sink and the dormitory area open on the mezzanine with 4 single beds of 90.

You will have a living room, a well-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, 4-burner gas hob, filter coffee maker and Senseo, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, toaster)

The supervised beach is located 750m from the house (Marais Girard Beach). There are other beaches in Brétignolles a little further (Plage de la Parée - Plage de la Normandelière - Plage des Dunes) that can be done by bike via the bike path or by car.

One of the most beautiful beaches of Brétignolles is located 2 km away (dune beach)

Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be rented by Martine who will welcome you.
