With its 3 comfortable bedrooms, this accommodation invites you to fully enjoy the pleasures of the Vendée coast. Just a stone's throw from the beaches, you can alternate between swimming, walks in the region and moments of relaxation in a peaceful setting.

The chalet has a pleasant terrace, perfect for taking your meals outdoors or sharing barbecues thanks to the plancha at your disposal. For even more relaxation, a heated swimming pool is accessible in the domain, ideal for refreshing yourself after a sunny day.



Inside, you will be seduced by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The fully equipped American kitchen (induction hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster and various utensils) opens onto a friendly space to share meals and good moments. The cosy living room, with its comfortable sofa, will allow you to relax in front of the television, whether for a film or a match.



In the evening, you can go and rest in one of the 3 bedrooms. The first is a master suite, it has a double bed (140x190) and a private bathroom with WC. The second will be ideal for another couple with its double bed (140x190). Then the third will delight children with its two single beds (80x190). Nearby, you will find another bathroom with WC and hairdryer.



For even more convenience, the chalet includes a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, as well as two private parking spaces. On the property, it is forbidden to charge electric vehicles on site – risk of general power cut. Charging points are available in town.



The swimming pool is covered and heated to 28°C (open from 1st April to 1st November) unsupervised.
