Dear Luke,Thank you for staying with us recently and please know that we are so very sorry that you were not informed ahead of time about the unexpected pool & hot tub issue. It was nothing that was planned, it happened very unexpectedly and we got the info out on our website and quickly as we could. The most unfortunate part is with third party reservations, we don't receive any information to contact you ahead of time.
