Set on a quiet cul-de-sac just outside downtown Breckenridge, this home offers privacy with expansive mountain views. The area is peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet only minutes from dining, shops, and ski lifts. Trails like Quandary Peak and McCullough Gulch are nearby for summer hikes.

Getting Around:
A car is strongly recommended. The home is about a 10-minute drive from Breckenridge and does not sit on a shuttle line. Winter guests should prepare for snow-packed roads.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.
