Skyfall Carriage House - 2BR, walk to Main St and Downtown!

The newest addition to our portfolio, the Skyfall Carriage Haus is a uniquely beautiful 2BR house located a short walk from Main Street Breckenridge. It is easy to enjoy restaurants, shops, and trails without driving. This house can be rented as a 4BR or 6BR as well, and has hardwood floors, good natural light, and a full kitchen with dining nook.

Skyfall offers a comfortable, well-located home base for enjoying Breckenridge in any season. With walkable access to town, multiple living spaces, and room to spread out, it works well for families or groups returning year after year.

Alpine Edge provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included.
If you do bring a car, 4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May. This home is not pet-friendly, and is not suitable for smoking, events, parties, etc. There is no A/C, like with most homes in Breck.
