MountainTown Chalet - Location, Location, Location


Centrally located in the heart of Breck, this condo is conveniently close to skiing, restaurants, shops and other local attractions. Stroll to downtown, just 2 blocks away. Or, hop aboard the BreckConnect Gondola, also 2 blocks away, for a quick ascent to the Peak 8 Base. Ski back on the 4 O’ Clock Trail, just a block away from the Condo. Some guests never use their car the whole time they’re up here.

When you get back, no need to lug your skis, boards, gear or groceries up flights of stairs. Easy elevator access gets you to the top floor, so you can take off your boots and relax.

And what a great place to come back to. High ceilings flooded with natural light and mountain views create a refuge to kick back after shredding world class ski runs or dining on main street. Rustic style throughout this cozy 1,265 square foot condo features charming mountain decor, leather furnishings and wood trim.

Make yourself at home in the open concept living area, marked by high wood beam ceilings and vintage ski memorabilia. Prop your feet up in front of the gas fireplace while you catch up on your favorite shows or sports on the Smart/cable TV. If TV’s not your thing, there is free WiFi, books, games and the hot tub is right downstairs.

You will have no trouble creating homemade meals in the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. The dining table seats 6 and has views of downtown Breckenridge and Bald Mountain.

If your group has night owls or early risers there are separate sleeping areas upstairs and downstairs.

Wake up to views of the sun shining on Peak 8. The Master Bedroom boasts a king size bed, separate his and her closets, in room TV and private en-suite bathroom. The upstairs sleeping area has a room with two 2 full beds as well as a loft with 2 twin over full bunk beds. There is also an adjacent bathroom upstairs.

Amenities include in-unit laundry machines as well as the complex swimming pool (open during the summer), hot tub (open year round) and parking for one vehicle.

The location was perfect and very close to everything. We had some issues with getting the code to work but communication was good and ended up getting it figured out. Also was allowed to check in early so that was a huge help. Only real complaint was the maintenance and banging right outside our door early Saturday and Sunday morning which was quite frustrating.

Amazing Vacation & Location!

The pictures don’t do this condo justice. This was perfect for our family Breckenridge vacation. The kitchen was well stocked and more than enough towels & linens. This location is perfect to Main Street, stores, restaurants, Gondola, hikes and more. We can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful stay start to end!

Beautifully decorated, fantastic view and convenient location to both downtown and access to skiing. The bedding was so comfortable and whole unit very clean. The host and property management were responsive and helpful. I would return in a heartbeat.

Fab stay

We are local Denverites and have our annual trip and this is by far the best. The accommodations were perfect. The location was the best. Fernando the property owner was in constant communication to make sure everything was in order. I would highly recommend this place. We will choose this place again for our 2026 trip

Guys trip—-awesome!!

This was the best ski condo Our guys group has ever stayed in. The bunkbeds make it great for individuals. We had eight adults, and there was room for everyone. All the beds are super soft and comfortable. The only slight negative was the pillows are not great, so you might want to bring your own own.The Property and unit were incredibly clean. Communication was very thorough and prompt.It’s an easy walk to the gondola in the morning, and you can end your day on the 4 o’clock ski run just a block and a half away. It’s also an easy walk to downtown. You do not need a car at this condo.

Great Location

This was our first time there, and the place was great. The condo was clean, great location and plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking your own meals. Fernando was a really big help with the questions we had about the area. He was always quick to respond. I would recommend staying here.

The only trouble I had during our week stay was figuring out which building our reservation was in. A quick call to the property manager solve that issue. The property had everything we needed as a family. There are games, and abundance of sleeping options, and a well-stocked kitchen. this is a very well located property and satisfied all of our needs as a young family of six.

Perfect location

The location of this condo is perfect! It was comfortable for our family of four and would even be for a larger group. It was one of the cleaner and more updated rentals we have stayed in recently. The kitchen has absolutely everything you would need and was well appointed. The owner of the property was incredibly helpful, both before and during our trip. We would not hesitate to stay here again and in fact are considering it for a winter/ski trip.
