The Space:

This comfortable, family-friendly condo offers room for up to 8 across 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. After a day on the slopes or trails, unwind in the main living area and stream over WiFi, or head to the building’s communal amenities for a soak or swim. Each bedroom has its own flat-screen TV, making it easy for everyone to relax. Mountain views bring the Rockies right to you, and the building elevator helps with gear days.

You’ll be in a true ski-in/ski-out location, with the added perk of being close to the BreckConnect Gondola, Peak 8 Discovery Park, and scenic Nordic Center trails. Onsite community amenities include an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness room, and BBQ area.

Important Things to Note

• Parking: Underground garage parking is available for 1 vehicle. Please plan accordingly.

• Building elevator: An elevator is available and operated by building management. While typically available, any maintenance or outages are outside our control; stairs may be required if unavailable.

• Community amenities: Pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness room, and BBQ area are communal and managed by the building; availability, hours, and maintenance are subject to change.

• Fireplace: The fireplace is not functional.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet-friendly.

• WiFi: WiFi is provided; however, due to the Breckenridge area and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Location logistics: Within about a five-minute radius, you can ride the free BreckConnect Gondola, explore the alpine slides and coasters at Peak 8 Discovery Park, and access scenic hiking at the Breckenridge Nordic Center.

The condo was clean and very comfortable. The number of rooms accommodated my whole 5-person family. It is located conveniently to the ski hill and ski school. The amenities were also fabulous. Definitely make time for the pool and sauna!

Our stay at this stunning Breckenridge property was absolutely wonderful. We visited in October to spend time with our adult children who live in Colorado, and the home provided the perfect setting for our family getaway. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, beautifully furnished, impeccably clean, and exceptionally comfortable. The location was ideal. It was peaceful, yet close to town, and we were even treated to a moose sighting right near the property! One of our favorite memories was our family night in the private bowling alley, which was the perfect ending to our trip. The hosts were attentive and professional, making our experience seamless from start to finish. We highly recommend this property for anyone seeking a luxurious mountain retreat in Breckenridge.

The property was perfect for the five of us: my son and daughter-in-law and their two boys (ages 3 and 5). It was spacious, clean, well stocked for our 3-day stay, and the layout was perfect. The kids loved the bunk beds!The overall complex was also great. We bowled and spent a lot of time in the aquatic center. The adults took turns using the fitness center. We also enjoyed taking the gondola into town, the chairlift to the summit, and playing mini-golf. The free shuttle which operates much like Uber was very useful.We would stay here again!

Lacking

Mattresses desperately need updating. We were under the impression that the third bedroom was a bedroom, but there was no window or closet - more like a converted office. The ice machine & water stopped working around midnight on our second night there. The staff garage door is directly under the Master Suite and was in use all night, both nights. The electronics in the LR are dated and the fireplace was inoperable. The water pressure in the showers is non-adjustable and lacking.

Amazing location

The place is wonderful. You have 4 lifts just 10 steps Gondola that takes you to the town and to the peak 7. The suite was clean and everything works well. The only suggestion is that is so inconvenient to take the keys 5 minutes far away by car. You can not have the keys in the lobby. Maybe you should arrange this in order to have a restful and comfortable stay. Thanks

Great location, aging property, confusing communication

We first stayed at a One Ski Hill condo 14 years ago, shortly after it had first opened. The location at the bottom of Peak 8 is impossible to beat, but this unit needs updating. Some issues we found:* The shower in the master bathroom has a faulty shower head that sprays water all over the place and makes it hard to actually shower.* The fireplace doesn't work.* The coffeemaker doesn't make the coffee hot enough so you have to drink it within five minutes of brewing or it's already lukewarm.* The toaster handle broke off when we pushed it down to make toast.The communication from the management company was more frustrating. I had to sign a rental agreement and complete a background check twice before I could get the arrival instructions. And nearly everything in those instructions turned out to be incorrect, often contradicted by instructions in the unit itself. There were errors in the departure instructions as well, like they were copied from some other units managed by the same group that don't apply to this one.Instructions in the unit tell you that you must use the guest ski lockers to store your skis and boots, but the ski valet actually uses those lockers and forbids you from putting things in them yourself. I was sort of freaked out to find my skis taken from the locker without my knowledge.The unit is very close the spa, hot tub, and the (small and aging) gym, however, so that was very convenient. Again, the location and convenience is hard to beat.

Disappointing

There were no checkin instructions until I called when we got to the resort and then we had to drive 10 minutes back to town to get the keys. The room was not clean on arrival and for the entire stay there was no option for housekeeping and the unit had. O cleaning supplies. The on-site resort was not allowed to assist with any issues and the communication from the booking manager was terrible. The fireplace in the unit was broken so we had no working fireplace for a ski vacation which is absolutely ridiculous. The heating in the unit was a nightmare. One room was 75 degrees another was 63 and another was 67 but there was no was to properly adjust anything. The unit itself is in need of some updating the furniture was dated and beat up. Overall it was a disappointing rental.

Wonderful time

We had a wonderful time staying here. Check in process was painless and we had no issue finding our room. The fireplace unit was broken, but they did try there best to fix it. Once determined it couldn’t be fixed during our stay the management company made it right with a refund and a complimentary late check out.

Loved the property . Clean -well appointed. Check in process was terrible with the location and time required to get keys from lock box . Terrible experience . If I was the owner I would be discussing this lockbox - key situation . No assistance on site . No extra garbage bags In unit . Was told at front desk they do not handle outside rentals . Way to Ski

This location was the perfect spot to ski with my family. Perfect amount of room with 3 bed/3bath/full kitchen. You walk out the door to the lifts, Breck Sports , restaurants or ski school. We could easily stop back to the condo for lunch/warm-up- then head back out to the slopes. At the end of the day- it was wonderful to give our equipment to the ski valet- until the next day. We enjoyed Apres Ski at the T- Bar. Or relaxed in the out door hot tub. In the evening- we could take a resort shuttle to town. We will definitely stay here again.

BEST location!

Great location with the easiest access to the slopes we have ever experienced. The specific unit was awesome with the hot tubs and spas right across the hall. The only downfall was having to go into town to a lockbox to get the keys and then return them there.

Facility is nice as far as overall appearance and location, amenities are fair- one bowling alley was broken and could not get a reservation for the theater. Pool was disappointing for teens. Our unit was dirty and quite frankly a few things we noticed that kind of grossed us out so we did some cleaning of our own.

This property is even better than the photos. Lots of room for our family (2 parents + 2 young adults). Washer/dryer in the unit and AC were 'nice to haves'; used and appreciated. Loved the free gondola rides to/from town. Plenty of things to do on and off the mountain. Great summer vacation.

Very nice condo—need additional keys

Our family had a great time in Breck! The ski valet outside made this perfect—lift is right outside. Very nice condo that is well stocked. Beds are very comfortable except the hideabed. Would have been nice to have a few more blankets. You don't have a view of the ski area, but it’s a very beautiful view. Pool across the hall was super convenient. We reserved the bowling alley a couple of times and enjoyed that. We reserved the cinema room but sound went out and weren’t able to use that. They only supply 2 keys but luckily at the last minute were able to give us 2 more that I was very thankful for. Would have been more convenient to have 6 keys as we had 6 people with different ski abilities going 6 directions with friends. $25 fee for losing key or if demagnetized…caused a little stress. We worked around it, but several times had to meet somewhere in the mountain to pass the key. We picked up the keys downtown on a lockbox outside a building that seemed a bit sketch but it worked. We discovered the parking lot on the left was rarely used and we easily walked 2 flights to our room. This is a great condo, phenomenal location and we enjoyed ourselves.

Property could not be better located. We had 2 9 year olds in ski school which was maybe 40 yards away. Being across from jacuzzi was very convenient. Ski valet was also incredibly helpful. If available for our dates next year, we will be back! Thanks for letting us stay.

Great Stay!

Our family had a wonderful stay at One Ski Hill Place. The condo is well appointed and had a kitchen with all of the cooking tools we required. The location at the base of Peak 8 was perfect for our small kids (ages 5 to 10). It was particularly convenient to have the pool/hot tub right across the hall from the condo. We definitely plan on staying here again!

Very enjoyable!!

Overall our stay was great. The condo was clean and the location to the slopes was great! Only issue we had was having only 2 keys. When we called we were told we couldn't have anymore. We had 3 different groups all going different ways so it made entering the condo difficult.
