Awesome Cabin
Booked this cabin for my 30th bday, so much space, had a total of 14 people and there was more than enough room. Very close to downtown and ski resort, perfect location. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Would love to book again !

Great for big group, but could use updates
Overall, this property is great for a big group. My extended family with multiple kids, teens and elderly all had plenty of room to spread out. The location is a big plus since you can walk to the gondola. My complaints are small but worth mentioning: 1) no televisions in the house worked except one with a Roku box we could sign into. Not crucial but would have been nice for Thanksgiving week. 2) There was never enough hot water so after one person took a hot shower, the following showers were luke warm. And 3) there are literally no locks on any bathroom doors. Not even on the powder room right off the kitchen. I personally stayed in a bedroom that didn't even have a door separating the bathroom! With kids staying in the house, you just had to be prepared to have someone walk in on you anytime. The property management was fantastic, so maybe they can help make some changes to these things. Besides those small gripes, the place is great!

Great reunion!
This rental was perfect for our group! The kitchen supplies were better than any other vrbo I have stayed. Communication was great and we had no issues at any point. Will stay here again.

Family get together
Overall worked well for diverse group. Layout worked out for 13 bodies. Close to town and good nucleus for surrounding activities. Monday thru Friday management contacts very attentive - the weekend contacts nice but couldn,t acheive much.

Well appointed Breck home
The home was very comfortable for our annual guys trip we’ve been doing for 17 years. The house was well stocked to suit all of our cooking and entertaining needs. Beds were very comfortable and the house well maintained. Location was superb and near Peak 8. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, great amenities, easy stay!
Our whole group of 14 loved staying here. Everything was so conducive to relaxing and playing with a large group. The kitchen was massive and accommodating to cooking together. We had a couple minor issues but the property team was quick to respond and resolve them. We would definitely come back!

Great Location and Plenty of Space for Large Group
Rented for a women’s hockey team for the weekend - great location, enough space for a group of 13 to spread out comfortably, close mile walk to downtown area. Communication with property management was very easy and responsive. Would definitely rent again.

Great House for Large Groups

Perfect size/location/layout
Perfect for our family! All 4 generations were able to spend the week together without getting upset at each other! The long table was perfect for meals and games in the evenings! Large kitchen for big meals! The extra fridge was super helpful! Walking distance to the slopes! Close to town for shopping! The large mud room entry downstairs was perfect for loading & unloading ski gear! We hope to come back!

A good house for large groups. However, the bunk room was not set up as shown. Several of the beds in the other bedrooms were very uncomfortable. Lighting was poor. And the code to get in was not changed to the code we were given. Coming in late at night made it a little frustrating to get in. Lots of possibilities with a few improvements.

The location is great. Overall the home needs renovation as looking and feeling very dated for the price. The whole house is rather dark with lighting in strange places or not there at all - Upstairs room with en-suite bathroom has one ceiling light to the right as you walk in and remaining of room serviced by a small bedside lamp. some mattresses are showing their age and cause you to roll into the centre. House was extremely dusty on our arrival . Could do with some lighter furnishings to brighten the place up. Also sad to not have the bunk beds.

Super Spacious!
The house is much, much larger than the pictures depict. We had 4 families staying here and we had more than enough room for our large party. The basement was fantastic! A great bar, a pool table, a foosball table, card tables, a media room, and a spacious living room. TV's were in nearly every room. The bunk room was fantastic for the 7 young men in our group. The management company was super responsive. We did not have any kitchen towels or oven mitts and they brought over brand new ones a few hours after we notified them of this. The management company is terrific about checking in on you during the stay. The only cons are amenities in the kitchen. We stay in Breckenridge every summer and have never had to provide our own foil, plastic wrap, or baggies. The plates, glasses, and cutlery provided were fantastic. Additionally the huge gas range was great, but not all the burners worked. The sink is not terribly deep, so washing dishes took more time. and we had a large party, so the dishwasher was in use with regularity. You are so close to everything! We took advantage of the 5 minute walk to the gondolas , but also also walked into town. We will definitely book here again.

Perfect (large) mountain house
The Peak 8 house was great! The place had PLENTY of bedrooms and sleeping accommodations, but the house didn’t feel overwhelming. Great kitchen, dining room, living room(s), game/bar room and media room. I would definitely rent again and recommend to friends/family.

We loved this home so much. We had a pretty large group with us as a post-wedding getaway with our friends and had a wonderful time. The lodge was gorgeous, clean, and well-kept. The location was PRIME - literally walking distance to the ski hill. Absolutely fabulous stay - highly recommend!

Great family home
We have a large family with Grandkids from 1-14 years. We all have visited Breckenridge many times before. This was a great property for us! Be watchful for wildlife, there was a bear and a fox that visited our yard one afternoon and early evening. Also encountered 2 moose ON the golf course. Be cautious about the windows in and near the bunk room. The sills are very low, and may pose a danger to the little kids if they are opened from the bottom. Ice maker in the kitchen fridge had a hard time keeping up with our large family. Plenty of towels. Comfy beds and couches. Used the TV room for video games. Would have been better to have a trash pickup mid week. We stayed from Saturday to Saturday, and all the trash cans in the garage were full by the end of our stay. All in all, we would stay here again. One minor problem with the hot tub was fixed with a phone call to management.

Wonderful Ski vacation
Great property. Went there for Superbowl with 12 guys. Great snow - easy ski in ski out. Only issue was hot tub was spotty in terms of working but property management was incredibly responsive. Two thumbs way up!

Large rental, plenty beds
As a property owner of rentals, I tend to go more in detail on my reviews. This is a big home. Plenty of bedrooms for multi family use. 2 masters on main and 1 master down . The Kitchen pots & pans were not sufficient for cooking for a crowd but plenty plates and utensils . Bathrooms are somewhat out dated but we were not home much to mind. Location is good , but it IS a HIKE to the peak 8 , 15 minutes on foot and coming home is uphill. So don’t forget your gloves . The bus stop is an equal walk . NOT easy with small children or elderly . This is NOT a Ski in Ski out but very close to all the resorts. We rented from Maggie’s and kids did ski school at peak 8. We enjoyed eating at Tbar and The grill . Maintenance company had to be called for the fireplace in living room not working ( I read previous reviews it went out a lot ) they came immediately and were unable to remedy the problem. The house stays warm. We had to open windows some nights to cool off bedrooms. Hot tub works great. Kids enjoys playing pool . We took the gondola a couple of times into town for groceries , made for a fun city trip. Insta Cart does do grocery delivery from city market. The house is laid out well for keeping teenagers downstairs or people who want to stay up later. We put younger kids in bunk room , they enjoyed it. The driveway and paths had been cleared of snow before we arrived . Neighborhood is very upscale , and safe . Main points . Kitchen appliances could be updated ( oven /stove / pots n pans ) Don’t expect a brand new home , but it fits the bill for larger groups . We enjoyed Christmas with family . Plan on returning to Breckenridge!

Amazing Stay and Very Serene
This property was amazing! The house is spacious and was able to accommodate a large group! The house was pretty clean however the showers did not get very hot. The property manager was very responsive and allowed a late check out and early check in. Thank you so much river ridge rentals!

Beautiful home
This home is perfect for large groups. We had some Maintence issues and the leasing company was on it. Unfortunately they had to be called out every day that we were there for one thing or another the fireplace upstairs never did get to working so that was a bummer. But this house has everything. Several chairs at the dinning table were broken. It was great for a girls retreat though and served a wonderful purpose. I would’ve given this house five stars had we not had all the maintenance issues. But I will say that river ridge rentals is a great company to rent from and took very good care of responding to our needs it was just a little frustrating to have to have maintenance come in during our in-home massages😓

Lovely home
The house was large and well equipped. The only exception I would raise is that ski-in/out is more of a sweaty 10 minute hike out and a sketchy ski in through trees and neighbor back yards. It meant none of the skiers came home durng the day, but we had a great time anyway.

Perfect Summer Family Retreat
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for my son's wedding weekend. There were 15 of us staying here and the house was so spacious everyone had their own "space". The kitchen is well equipped with all that you would need. There's a TV in every room. House was very clean and everything was in excellent condition. The management company was there to answer any questions we had throughout our stay. I would only add that this house might not be the prettiest from the outside but its spectacular on the inside!

Perfect!!
Our family of 20 booked this home for a semi reunion after a wedding in CO. Everyone enjoyed very comfortable sleeping and bathroom arrangements. The main floor worked out great. There was room for us all. Kitchen was fully stocked and wonderful to work in together. Huge dining table with stools throughout kitchen. Pool table and fooz ball were great additions to our activities and the theatre room was a big hit for the Beauty and the Beast movie night. Hoping to get back here for a Winter reunion!!

Lodge at Ski Hill was a great place.
House was as advertised. Room for 20 and awesome kitchen set up. Right near Peak terrain park and gondola. Perfect location for doing Breckenridge. Would highly recommend it for large family or group vacations. Only negatives: surround sound in home theatre didn't work and the grounds could use some TLC and cleaning. Bayrats give the house two crab claws up!

It houses many people well but has some maintenance issues
The exterior and yard are poorly maintained. It makes a bad first impression. The interior looks just like the pictures and is well maintained. We stayed in mid-June and the upstairs became unbearably hot. Cooking and sleeping upstairs was a very warm experience. There were some issues with the kitchen sink leaking and one toilet not working. The maintenance crew did respond quickly.
