Located 5 minutes from downtown Breck and ski resort. Recently constructed (2020) home for you, family, and friends to unwind after a long day of shopping or skiing. Near shopping, hiking, dining, fishing, skiing, and much more. Cozy up by any of the three fireplaces, enjoy some family fun time in the rec room with pool, shuffleboard, poker, chess, darts, air hockey, or any of the many board games. Adults can unwind and enjoy a glass of wine at the wet bar or relax on the deck and enjoys the panoramic mountain views and fresh mountain air. WINTER TIME - 4wd is highly recommended. The roads are very well maintained but are steep, snow packed, and icy. Our driveway is steep and often takes the crew time to clear it. Take precautions upon arrival if you see snow on the driveway. All areas around the house will be slippery. Please be cautious when walking around the property. There is risk of falling snow and ice from the roof, slick walk ways, slick driveway, and black ice. We have a heated driveway but it takes several hours for it to thaw. Please shovel before you drive on it. We recommend to park at the top of the driveway, open the garage door, shovel the driveway, then proceed to drive on it.

We have have a snow shovel crew who come to shovel when we receive 4 inches of snow or more. They do show up unannounced to shovel the driveway, sidewalk, and front porch. They do have access to the garage to retrieve the snow blower. On occasion they will want to enter the home or may enter the home to shovel the back patio if no one answers the front door or garage door. Only during business hours.

The hot tub crew will show unannounced as well to service the hot tub, usually once a week, days vary. Only between business hours.

Quite neighborhood located in the Crown subdivision, located directly across from the Goose pasture Tarn. Although you may enjoy the view of the lake, the Town of Blue River does not allow guests at or on the lake unfortunately. However, you do have access to Dillon Reservoir that is located in Frisco, CO and is about 15 minutes away.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a ring door bell camera on the front door facing the front porch and driveway. The camera is on and records at all times. I do get notifications on my phone when there is motion and when someone rings the doorbell.
