The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this charming 32 m² studio for rent in the town of Bray-Dunes, located right by the beach and able to accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the 5th floor (with lift), it consists of a lovely 20 m² living room, an equipped kitchenette and a bathroom (with bathtub).

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen with oven, toaster, hob, etc.
- In the hallway at the entrance: a bunk bed and a sleeping area with a double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with bathtub and toilet

Outside:
- A 2 m² north-facing balcony with furniture to enjoy sunny days

The studio is ideally located in Bray-Dunes, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities:
- Go sand yachting on the large sandy beach, which is ideal for this activity thanks to its steady winds.
- Take advantage of the cycle paths and trails for bike rides or walks in the dunes and nature reserve.
- Try your hand at kitesurfing or admire the kitesurfers gliding between sea and sky on the beach.
- Explore the surrounding area with a trip to Dunkirk or a jaunt to nearby Belgium.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's numbered parking space. Parking is also available near the sailing school.

- Nearest airport: Lille-Lesquin Airport, 1 hour and 20 minutes away by car

- Small pets are allowed in the accommodation free of charge
