Best location in Brasov
A very well located hotel, right in the Piata Sfatului, the very heart of Brasov. You can only dream you will get a room with the outstanding view of Black Church! There are only few (a couple, I think) and probably you will get a rear room with basically no view. Good staff, very kind. We didn't try the breakfast as you can find a lot of nice and cosy restaurants in the very short range. The room rates are quite high for Romania but the unique location can be a good reason to pay. We can recommend this hotel as a starting point in descovering the very beautiful city of Brasov.

Fantastic historical place highly recommend if you love this type of places very helpful staff ♡ Recommend if you are sensitive to noise ask before the staff to ensures a room without noises.. I personally more sensitive and couldn't stand the noise coming out from the bathroom after showering staying the noise from the evening until the morning.. Otherwise everything wonderful ✨️ Definitely worth the experience!♡

Hotel muy céntrico en plena plaza principal de Brasov, de la que se puede ir andando a todos los lugares de interés. Las habitaciones y el hotel en general están bastante viejos, aunque cumplen su función. El desayuno es muy simple.

An absolute gem of a hotel, we loved staying here. They were kind enough to upgrade us to an absolutely wonderful room which was huge and had an incredibly comfortable bed and an enormous bathtub. Great view of the Brasov hilltop sign and lovely velux windows onto the starry night. Unbeatable location on the town square, great breakfast included, and fabulous little details in the room with traditional Transylvanian designs. Very lovely helpful staff. Highly recommend.

三ツ星とは思えないほど快適
本来バスタブの無い部屋になるはずでしたが、予約時に要望を出した所バスタブ付きの部屋に変更してくれました。もちろんいつでもこのようなアップグレードをしてくれるわけでは無いでしょうが、長旅の途中で疲労していた為、お風呂に入れるのは非常に助かりました。 そのお風呂も、バスタブとシャワーブースが分かれている為、シャワーで汚れを落としてから湯船につかることが出来、清潔に入浴できたので大変気持ちが良かった。浴室も広く、バスタブもかなり大き目なのも嬉しい。まさか欧州のホテルでこれだけ快適な入浴が出来るとは思わなかった。日本人の方は是非バスタブ付きの部屋をリクエストすると良いと思います。 ホテル全体が歴史ある建物の雰囲気を残したままリノベーションしており、とてもおしゃれで可愛いのですが、エレベーターが無い為重たい荷物を運んでいる方は注意が必要です。 ホテルの立地は最高で、旧市街地の中央広場に面している為、ホテルから出ればすぐに観光地、レストラン、カフェ、スーパーにアクセスすることが出来ます。 朝食も価格を考えれば十分豪華。部屋には冷蔵庫もあり中はミニバーになっているので、急に何かが欲しくなった時も安心です。 また、スタッフの方が皆さん愛嬌がありホスピタリティを感じることが出来ました。 総じて三ツ星ホテルとは思えないほど快適な滞在が出来ました。ブラショフ観光の際には是非お勧めします。

I was very disappointed in the room that I had. When I walked into the room it was very small and had zero character. The bedspread and toss pillows looked filthy. The location was great and the staff was kind, but it didn’t make-up for the awful room. My friend had a room in the loft area and really liked it. Luckily, for me it was only 2 long nights!

Excellent location and old world charm. Easy access to transport for excursion activities. Staff very friendly and helpful. Old town square has beautiful view! Only down side is that it’s several hours from airports but it is what it is and we looked at it like an adventure to get there! Restaurant food and breakfast food was quite good too. Would definite recommend to stay here if visiting Braşov.

Great place to stay.
First off, what a truly fantastic location. Right in the heart of things, step out the door and the old town square with all its restaurants and terraces is right there. The staff on reception were fantastic, we arrived 2 hours before check in but this wasn't a problem. Our room was ready and we were unpacking our bags within minutes. Though they have their own restaurant we didn't try it out as we preferred to eat out. But if you want to stay in then they provide you wit a 10% discount voucher upon arrival. Only thing I would say to be aware of, is that due to the location there is zero parking. Nearest road side parking is about 50m or so but spaces are limited, a car park is further up the road but once again this can get very busy.

We accidentally booked Casa Wagner (mix up with other hotel name) and were totally surprised that we had to schlepp our big suitcases up so many stairs. And that after rolling them over mostly cobblestones as we had to park our car far away. (We gave up after nearly an hour of searching for a space close by.) Room No. 6 was loud as their is a little alley where a restaurant was having their bottle storage and inside there are tables across of the room where people can sit, work or play. So, I guess you need to get the right room and best is not to arrive by car as the central location is great otherwise. This labyrinth of rooms and halls was just not for us.
