Are you looking to go Wakeboarding, Waterskiing, or Tubing? We offer a service to take you out on our boat and take you for a ride on whatever you like. We supply everything. The skis, wakeboard, tube and life vests.

The island and the cabin were beyond expectations. Getting out to the island was seamless. Once there it was beautiful, serene, yet plenty to do. Swimming, fire pit, hammocks, movie in bed the one evening it rained. We had a great time fishing from the smaller boats and the docks. And caught fish from both(large mouth, small mouth, and several BIG rainbow trout). I'd highly suggest upgrading to a pontoon boat for a day as it was so much fun and quite reasonable rates. JP somehow achieved being there "without" being there. If we needed anything at all, he was all over it. But we never felt like the place wasn't ours for the time we stayed. He's friendly and easy going. JP genuinely loves what he does and it shows in the quality of his stays. We are looking forward to returning. The only problem is in deciding whether to do the same cabin again or to try another, as they're all beautiful and have their own perks! Don't second guess it. Just book it before it's gone.

We had a great time at the cabin. JP made us feel welcomed immediately. Very responsive to any questions we had. The cabin had everything we needed to cook and grill. A comfy bed with an amazing view. Loved the projector screen to watch movies, and beautifully lit up at night to enjoy the fire pit and hot tub. Would definitely come back, and next time plan on renting a jet ski or ATV to explore.

Had an amazing stay at Stabbin Cabin #2!! Seamless transport to and from the island by JP with our luggage, and very clear guide about the accommodation. Anything we needed, JP was very helpful and responsive. So much thought put into this island. Will definitely be returning next summer!
Grant Island is a 2 acre island which has 2 main houses and three tiny homes.
Management lives in the primary house and the second house is rented to groups of up to 8 guests.
This Tiny home located on a slice of Grant Island comes equipped with a Queen size bed and Epic picturesque view over Brantingham Lake from the large 5'x 8' window.
Doubling as a curtain over the window the electric projector screen can be lowered from bed by remote control to turn your view into a surround sound, cinematic viewing experience.
Our system has a Roku as well as a Xbox 360 with a real and Guitar Hero setup so you can play Guitar Hero
Pull down the dining table and benches to open up the Murphy-style table and chairs and explore your cooking options.
We have an air fryer, microwave, hotplate, hot water kettle, toaster, coffee maker and water filtration system, on the sink, to make sure you have clean drinking water at all times.
We supply you with plates, dishes, bowls, pots, pans, utensils and more. If we don't have it, just ask us, and if we have it, we will get it to you.
A cafe dining setup on the Balcony provides you with your own private outdoor dining experience that is perfect for the morning coffee or evening glass of wine.
On the side of the bed is our charging platform that has just about every phone charger in use including wireless charging.
For privacy, we have curtains and shades for the house's many windowsŕ that usually will douse you with sunlight all day long.
If you like to sleep in and worry about light coming in and waking you up. Don't fret. We have designer face masks to block the light and let you get your much-needed rest.
Just 50 feet from the Stabbin Cabin entrance is the bathroom. The bathroom is shared with the guests of our other small cottages. (if there are any)
There are entrances on each side of the bathroom. One is for the Toilet and Sink and the other is for the Shower. Both have separate entrances so both can be occupied at the same time. Each door has a vacant/occupied sign to let you know when it's available for everyone's consideration.
The Hot Tub is perfect for those cool evenings to warm your bones. Jump in and enjoy the bubbles.
We have some of the darkest skys in New England. It's an amazing place to StarGaze. For 2025 we will have a Telescope for exploring the skies.
The Beach Area has many chairs and two docks so that you can almost always have your own area. We have a diving board that is available for you.
Included in your rental are 3 electric boats for you to explore Brantingham Lake and go fishing or transport yourself back and forth from the mainland parking area.
Your rental includes a Canoe to use as well.
We have a boat rental business on-site and offer our guests a 20% discount on Pontoon Boats, ATV's, Jetskis, Kayaks, SUPS, Paddleboats and more. After reserving, we will send you our comprehensive house manual with all details on how to upgrade your experience and redeem your 20% discount.
Brantingham Lake is well known for its families of Loons which make themselves known in the evening with their unique calls that echo around the still lake.

We allow one dog. 20 Lb maximum. It's $50 extra. If you wish to bring your pup make sure to add this to your reservation.
We will consider dogs larger than 20 lbs on a case-by-case basis. Please make sure to consult us before making your reservation to check on this. There will be an additional charge, if the dog is accepted. This can be paid on arrival.
All Dog visitors must be friendly and non-agressive. If you have a dog who has ever shown aggression, we ask that do not bring them or keep them leashed during their stay.
The owners of the island have a small dog that , at times, will come visit and say hello to our guests. We prefer to keep a harmonious atmosphere on the island so any animals with aggressive histories will not be allowed. If you have any questions or concerns about this please reach out to us.

The Main Renters cottage is given half of the island private to themselves.
Both Stabbin Cabins share the main side of the island with Management which consists of 3 people.
You will have access to the Hot Tub, Bathroom, Shower, Main Beach Area, Rowboat and Canoe.
