«The room was acceptable but the “breakfast” was almost non existent! There was 1 bagel, some cereal but no milk, juice was not always there, no yogurt, eggs or toast. We had to eat out every morning. We had to go to the office the 2nd day because the girl who checked us in cancelled the rest of our stay and we were locked out of our room after going to breakfast. The TV played only 1 channel and despite having 2 remotes there was no explanation as to how to get other channels, just the ...

«The general area where this establishment is located is nice and quieter than many other places in Branson. But that's where it stops. This complex's walls are thin and even though there weren't guests located on either side of me, I heard various noises throughout the night. Loud music, items dropping on the unit above me (I think,) etc. There were also some questionable guests (maybe) that I saw around the place. The entire business needs some serious updating and remodeling on the interior ...

«I felt like I got a good price for my room through Expedia, however, they tried to give us the worse location with a extremely high traffic location, we checked it shortly after the 3pm check in time. I believe it is because we booked through Expedia and got a great deal. I objected to room location and they did move me to a better location, But, it was very time consuming and hassle moving our luggage and tracking back to the clerk desk and to make it worse our clerk was incredibly slow at ...

«Quiet, clean and a very good breakfast. Although there were many handicapped parking spaces, there was not one available for us which meant parking at the back of the building on a sloped lot as this is a hilly region.»

«I have never stayed at a hotel where the bed wasn't made or room not vacuumed daily . I understand the need to protect staff from being falsely accused but to empty my trash, bag up the towels for clean ones and never have bathroom cleaned during stay was a disappointment. I don't need clean sheets or towels every day»

«Walking into the lodge was nice. We liked the look and feel of the reception area. The girl at the reception desk that checked us in wasn’t very friendly. No smile or welcome, just checked us in and said no smoking, no pets, no partying and please don’t destroy our hotel. We are 59 and 64 so I thought that last part was a little rude. No smile to suggest teasing just a flat out warning. The room was clean and nice but the beds were hard and lumpy. We left early the next morning so didn’t try ...

«The property itself is average/fine but during our 3 day/2 night stay in late September there were 2 separate power outages, including 1 that lasted several hours on a Friday evening. During that time the hotel staff seemed indifferent to the needs of guests and there were no emergency lights or a generator. At check out we requested a 1 night refund due to the health/safety concerns of the power outage (including that we couldn't use a medical device that required power, the A/C didn't work ...
