Each home sleeps 4 guests between a private bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedrooms include a luxurious king-size bed with crisp linens and soft blankets for a great night’s sleep, as well as a TV. The ensuite bathrooms both include a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• These units are top-floor, walk-up units, with 18 stair steps required to reach the entrance.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking available for 1 vehicle on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking passes are required and will be obtained at the security gate when checking in.

• The communal outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

• This is a PET FRIENDLY home. A maximum of 1 dog, no more than 30 lbs, may be brought to this home.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.
