Under 10 minutes to downtown and Branson Landing, you’re within easy reach of an abundance of shopping, dining, live music, and entertainment. As you step inside the home you’ll be immediately drawn into the open, brightly lit spaces accented by calming neutral tones in the wall color, furnishings, and décor. Brand new flooring runs throughout each room creating synergy and providing a clean, fresh environment you can fully relax and unwind in. Enjoy quiet downtime in the living room to catch up on your reading or surf the channels, comfortably seated on the sofa or in the armchairs. When you’re ready to turn up the fun, host a family game night here or steps away at the dining room table with seating for 4. In the cooler months, the electric fireplace will fill the room with warmth and ambiance, an ideal environment for watching movies. The kitchen is well-equipped and capable of accommodating all your culinary aspirations, with ample counter space for meal preparation or displaying a spread of afternoon hors d’oeuvres.

This home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

The property is located in a quiet resort, but when you’re ready to explore, the home is only 3 miles from historic downtown Branson, an area dotted with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores. It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. While downtown, it’s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events. Guests who enjoy the outdoors are encouraged to take a hike to the “Top of the Rock” or explore nearby Table Rock Lake, both are the same distance. Silver Dollar City, 11-miles away, is a 61-acre amusement park with an 1880’s theme.
