Summary:
Welcome to Lakeside Landing! This beautiful home is located in the Château Cove community with GORGEOUS VIEWS of TABLE ROCK LAKE here in the fun-filled city of Branson, Missouri! Space for your large group will not be a problem in this large 3-story home that can sleep up to 35 PEOPLE! 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms allow for everyone to have their own space while the large kitchen, 2 living rooms, air hockey, and 3 BACK DECKS provide all the opportunities you want for everyone to be together!

The Space:
Our home is setup perfectly to entertain large groups!

There is a community Indoor Pool and outdoor swimming pool 250' from our home and walking trail down to the lake. Located just off of Hwy 265 near the Chateau on the Lake, we are 5 miles from Silver Dollar City, 5 minutes from the 76 Strip (Branson’s Entertainment District), 4 miles to State Park Marina, less than a 1 mile from Moonshine Beach, and many other popular attractions. We also have another 10 bedroom, 10 bathroom home next door if you need more room!

Guest Access:
The whole home is all yours for you and your guests! You will also have access to all the neighborhood community amenities including the indoor pool, the outdoor pool, the playground, and the walking trail down to a little cove of Table Rock Lake!

The Neighborhood:
The well thought out neighborhood also provides endless opportunities for memories to be made! Just a few houses down is the INDOOR POOL complete with umbrella fountains for the kids and large glass garage doors that can open up with more views of Table Rock Lake for everyone! Out the front door of the house and up an outdoor staircase is the zero-entry OUTDOOR POOL where there are more umbrella fountains to enjoy, lots of lounge seating, more views of Table Rock Lake, AND the neighborhood PLAYGROUND for all the little ones!! Then, at the end of our street is access to Table Rock Lake! Enjoy the short wooded trail down to the neighborhood’s SECLUDED COVE! Bring your poles if you want to go FISHING, bring your floats if you want to go SWIMMING, or bring a lawn chair if you just want to sit back and ENJOY THE VIEW!

Getting Around:
Location at this home could not be more ideal to enjoy all that Branson has to offer! Take your group out on a boat from Château MARINA (3 minutes away) or the State Park MARINA (10 minutes away)! Go swimming at MOONSHINE BEACH (5 minutes away)! Have a fun-filled day at the city’s old-fashioned theme park, SILVER DOLLAR CITY (10 minutes away)! Or enjoy an endless amount of activities on the BRANSON 76 STRIP (8 minutes away)!

CANNABIS AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE POLICY: Usage of cannabis (marijuana) and any other federally prohibited drug is not allowed on or near the home, property, or premises. Further, any / all guest(s) may not engage in any illegal drug-related activity, including but not limited to recreational or medical cannabis on or near the home, property, or premises. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay if any guest(s) engage in such activities. If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any property damages, and eviction. Guests forfeits their stay and will not be permitted to return to the property if there is any evidence of cannabis use on the premises.

We stayed here for our team bonding this year and it was wonderful! The house was clean, had plenty of essentials like towels and cooking utensils, and so much space for our team! The community pool was so fun, and walking to the lake was an added bonus! The only thing I would say is if you’re bringing a large group like us, bring extra paper towels because we ran out fast from so many people and baggies for leftover food. However for the large number, the house had all the towels you could need, the tools you need in a kitchen, and a fun game room too!! We would definitely take our team back! Adam was wonderful to work with and made check in so easy! Overall a great spot!!

Our family stayed at this location last week and thoroughly enjoyed our time! We had 25 people, and the house was more than large enough to accomodate the size of our group. The check-in process was very easy, and the house was ready for us earlier than anticipated. The kitchen is large and allowed for us to prepare several meals. There are two dishwashers, which definitely came in handy. It would have been nice if there were more Tupperware containers for food storage, but we made due with what was available. The bedrooms were perfect for our needs; we particularly appreciated that most of them had attached bathrooms. The bedrooms had closets available for hanging up clothes. We made good use out of the outdoor areas adjacent to the house, paricularly the deck outside the main level. The lower level has shuffleboard, air hockey, and foosball in the living area, all of which were played and enjoyed by various members of our group. There is a washer and dryer on both the main and lower levels, which we used frequently. There are two pools in the community, and we utilized both, particularly the outdoor pool. All in all, it was a wonderful stay. We would recommend this location to anyone and will remember our time there fondly!!

What a treat!

We loved how spacious the place was. The home was stocked with everything we needed. My mother has mobility issues and she was able to move around with no problems; her room had a handicap accessible bathroom. The community was safe and we were close to everything. The communication with the property and customer was timely. We would definitely stay here again!

Fun! Fun! Fun!

This house is perfect for a large family gathering. There is plenty of room to be together or separate for private time.The location is close to anything you may want to visit.The view from the patio is good for seeing some interesting birds and wildlife. We suggest bring binoculars.If we had any issues with the house it was taken care of in good time. Meredith give good advice about restaurants.We suggest that you visit this one.

Family reunion

Our whole family fit very comfortably in the property. We were here for 4 days. It had everything we needed. It even has a smoker which we used, yum. The kids really enjoyed all the games and of course the hot tub. Both pools were walking distance away, so that was wonderful. The property is amazingly big, there was enough room for us to all sit and have dinner. We really loved this place, will come back next year. Thank you to Adam and his crew, very attentive.

Perfect for large family gathering

Simply Awesome!!

We had a large group of family, and this home met all of our needs. Plenty of spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, several gathering areas, plus all kinds of recreation including shuffleboard, air hockey, foosball, pool, and a card table. A very large kitchen with a long dining table, tons of TV's and two sets of washer/dryers. Very clean and tastefully decorated. We will definitely be staying here again!!
