Very nice property. Pools are amazing. Having two separate bedrooms was very nice. My only knock is that no shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, tissue or paper towels were provided. I guess being a condo they don’t provide these amenities, but I would gladly pay a few dollars more a day to have them provided for the convenience of not having to purchase them myself.

Rooms were very clean and nice. On site selection of food options (pizza, burgers, tacos, etc). Pool areas seemed nice and well maintained. Child friendly.

love the pool. the employeed were all very helpful. my tv was hard to get tuned on.phone never did work. used my cell. no deal breakers.would go back with more family and rooms with balcony..

Beautiful area right on the lake. Lots of pools and water slides. Condos are nice, but a bit thin walled. Cooking is a bit limited. Grilling is a bit cumbersome. Bakeware and utensils are not adequate if u are planning on cooking very much.

Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were clean and peaceful. We were able to walk to most places on the resort and was nice to be able to come back from being gone to quiet .

The property was nice. My problem was with the description of the room given by Expedia. When we arrived at the room I thought I was in a nightmare. It was like a motel room, and I thought wow, this was half price. So I called the concierge and the upgraded my room for a very low price. It was like going from hell to heaven. The room was off the lake and there was a few options for things for us to do. The staff there was very nice and easy to talk with.

Very very nice resort! Looks just like the pictures online. Resort is large and has many activities for children and adults, many of them free including several water activities. Several food options reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend and give 5 stars.

We had a great stay and were satisfied with the accommodations! Did not care for the time share pitch from the concierge when we checked in. We had been driving all day and just wanted to get in our room and rest. Otherwise great resort and would recommend.

Pro: The space was nice and comfy for four people. In the area of the property, they gave two options- pizza/sub or Mexican. They have a bar that was kinda pricey, but pretty good drinks. They offer free shuttles to Silver Dollar city which we liked. There is free parking there but we like that we got dropped off at the entrance instead of having to walk a ton. They did have some pots and pans to cook with. Along with bowls, plates and silverware. They provided a very helpful map of the property Cons: They didn’t have a paper towels or tissues. Parking spaces can be a little tight.

I have been to this place regularly in the past 13 years. It used to be great. The time before this we had a few issues and I thought it was a fluke. Nope......Fireplace did not work. Anytime we wanted it to work we had to call maintenance out to get it relit. If it shut off it would not come back on. jacuzzi tub....same issue. Yes maintenance was very friendly but you shouldn't have to have them in your room anytime you want to use the features that you paid for. Walls and ceilings are so thin you can hear anyone above you and beside you. I'm talking causal conversations, and even when they are going to the bathroom (I'm not talking running water either) Oh and found out Saturday night that the dishwasher didn't work. At that point I gave up and didn't bother calling. When you ask help for tickets they pressure into spending more money to come back. When you tell them you aren't interested they still pressure you. No means no. Used to be a great place to stay, one of my favorites. I won't be back again.

It does warn on their site they do not supply toiletries but there aren’t any stores near to get what you need so if you didn’t pack anything you’ll have a bit of a drive to get something. The toilet in the room above us got clogged and leaked into our room. The maintenance man mopped it up with our towels and left. Had to request the bathroom be cleaned and it still didn’t fully look clean. I’m sure this isn’t a very common experience but it did leave a poor taste. Have had nicer stays at more affordable places.

Still Waters was a nice resort but the room was not ready when promised, but they offered a gift certificate to their on-site pizza restaurant as a comp for the long wait. The condo was spacious enough for 5 teenagers and 2 adults.
