Elegance and luxury awaits you in this stunning condo that provides you with NEW beautiful décor, furnishings, upscale amenities, and the perfect location in the Heart of Branson. The condo is just minutes away from everything Branson has to offer for your memorable vacation. Our condo is fully equipped with all the comforts of home to include a 55' HDTV in the living area, WIFI, Two King Beds with pillow top mattresses, a fully equipped kitchen with granite and new appliances, a 50' Smart TV in the master bedroom, DVD player, and a nice patio to relax on after a fun day in Branson. We also have many DVD movies at the condo for your enjoyment and use.
This condo is larger than most and is about 1,400 sq. ft. giving you plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your vacation. We are also located directly across the street from the clubhouse that includes an indoor-outdoor pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, and fitness area. Just a few short miles and you can be at either Table Rock or Taneycomo lakes with all the water sports, fishing, and outdoor activities available. Historic downtown and Branson Landing are also just a very short drive away. You can also take the 'scenic back way' to Silver Dollar city and be there in just minutes. You will be amazed at what a truly great location this is in the heart of Branson for your peaceful and relaxing stay in Branson.

The condo was close to the Branson main strip so that’s a plus. However, I would not describe it as a luxury accommodation. It was very dusty all throughout the property. And in very obvious locations and visible to the naked eye. In the Master bathroom, the towel holder just to the right of the door as you enter was loose and we were not able to hang our towels there. The toilet paper holder was also barely holding on. In addition, the water in the shower of the Master bathroom continued to drip even after we made attempts to ensure it was off. Our guess was maybe housekeeping/maintenance just weren’t doing a very good job of keeping things up to par. The entrance could have been better. Overgrown weeds as you walk up to the door. Needed some loving care. Since we were there as a weekend getaway and busy the entire time, we really only used the property to sleep. But of all the VRBOs that we’ve stayed at in Branson, this one was our worst experience. Unfortunately, we didn’t take any photos to substantiate our review. I hope that the owners will reach out to the maintenance team and ask them to attend to the areas mentioned in this review. The property does have much potential.

Although the location was good it’s got several rooms of filthy carpet and the jetted tub has mold and very hard to find at night due too no front porch light. The building numbers as well are lit BUT the trees keep you from seeing them. It was a huge pain to find. And dangerous for those walking in in the pitch black from the parking lot.

Fabulous condo!

We loved staying at this condo. The place was nice and clean. Quiet neighborhood and conveniently close to everything. We enjoyed sitting at the table to play games when we weren’t out. The beds were comfortable and parking was great. My sister had to use a walker and it was so nice to park close with no steps to worry about.

Great location and quiet area

Great Property. The owners have done a lot of updates to the property. They are very responsive to you emails. The property is walk in. No stairs!!! Plenty of parking and close to the condo.Master bath has a jacuzzi tub. Hall bath has a door to the spare room plus the tub does have an handle for those that need a little extra help. We had no issues. We will be back!

GREAT condo!

I think this was our third condo in this building alone that we've stayed at. Been at Foothills probably 15+ times. We love it. This unit specifically was great! Beds were very comfy, furniture seating in Living Room was comfy and ample, very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Decent stay

Nice condo in Branson close to most attractions! Very spacious and equipped with all necessary supplies and appliances. Nicely furnished and decorated place. Bed and furniture was comfortable. Master shower drain was a bit clogged. There was a bit of an ant problem in the kitchen. Couldn't quite figure out where they were coming from. The grounds could definitely use a refresh. Pool was clean, but clubhouse very outdated. Decent and affordable place near many attractions.
