Summary:

Welcome to the Foothills! The new condo building is located in the heart of Branson, just minutes from Branson's famous HWY 76 strip! The location is wonderful for all the fun Branson adventures that you will want to experience! Once inside the condo you will feel right at home with the high end furniture pieces, clean new building, and stocked cabinets!



The Space:

There are only two little stairs up to the porch to get inside this unit. Then once inside, everything is on the same level!

Guest Access:

The entire condo will be yours! You will also have access to the resort's amenities, which include an indoor pool and an outdoor pool! The outdoor pool is only open seasonally, Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend, but both pools are just two parking lots over, so within walking distance!



The Neighborhood:

Head out to enjoy all that the city of Branson has to offer! The HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district, is located just 4 minutes away! Explore the wonder of the Titanic, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's! Or enjoy the dinner show with live animals at Dolly Parton’s Stampede, also just 4 minutes away!



One of the city's biggest attractions is Silver Dollar City, located just 15-20 minutes from Thousand Hills Resort! It is an 1880's themed amusement park with amazing roller coasters, live shows, cave tours, and a multitude of craftsmen who offer live demonstrations on welding, glass blowing, candy making, wood carving, and so much more! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave!



The Branson Landing, at the other end of the strip, offers another plethora of activities! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House sitting right on Lake Taneycomo! Walk through Bass Pro Shop, the gold standard for any type of outdoor gear, let the kids feed the ducks down by the water, or enjoy the fire and water show on the hour each evening!



AND... don't forget about Table Rock Lake! With the State Park Marina only 15 minutes from the condo, renting a boat or jet ski's should be high on your list to experience the beauty of the Ozarks from the water! Several places around town also offer canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or even fishing tours! There will be no shortage of things to do when you come experience the vacation life in Branson, Missouri!

CANNABIS AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE POLICY: Usage of cannabis (marijuana) and any other federally prohibited drug is not allowed on or near the home, property, or premises. Further, any / all guest(s) may not engage in any illegal drug-related activity, including but not limited to recreational or medical cannabis on or near the home, property, or premises. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay if any guest(s) engage in such activities. If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any property damages, and eviction. Guests forfeits their stay and will not be permitted to return to the property if there is any evidence of cannabis use on the premises.

No need to worry about keys, there is a keypad lock on the front door so you will be able to check yourselves in! We want to give you your space but we are local, and will be able if you do happen to need anything!

We really enjoyed this condo. It was very clean and spacious. The kids were able to walk around barefoot without getting dirty feet! Very well stocked. It was in the perfect location - off the main path but still close to lots of attractions. We would stay here again and highly recommend!

What a great condo and a great location. We were just 7 minutes from most attractions and only 20 minutes from Silver Dollar City.The pool had great hours and was easily accessible, very important for the afternoon breaks. Kitchen was stocked with dishes and we were able to fix most of our meals with ease. The host was responsive and the cleaning crew did an excellent job. Will book with this host again.

Base camp for moving into C of O

We needed a nice place to stay while moving my nephew into C of O. It was very clean. Everything looked brand new. The living area was spacious. Unit is located on back of building with view of the woods. We liked the one level living with only a few steps to get to front door.

Family vacation

We took our grandkids for a short vacation and they loved everything. The pool was smaller than expected but they still enjoyed it. The home is clean, new, very comfortable, very nice and close to everything we wanted to do. We definitely recommend it.

Family Getaway

What an amazing home away from home! I brought my family to Branson for a little post graduation getaway and looked at several VRBO homes but always kept coming back to this home time and time again. Without a doubt I was drawn to this home because it just looked comfortable and cozy. From the first moment that we walked in we felt right at home and found everything ready for us to settle in and enjoy our stay. The living room has a super comfy couch with plenty of pillows and throws to make a movie night super comfy and cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare the few meals we had planned for our stay as well as two different coffee pots (drip brew and Keruig) though you will have to bring your own coffee. The three bedrooms were perfect for my family with enough beds for everyone to be comfortable. The master bedroom was right out of a designer magazine and the king bed was so comfortable. The other two bedrooms had two twin beds with one of them including a full bath. My kids said the beds were super comfy and really loved having a video game console to play PacMan! There was a full bath in the hallway as well. All of the lighting in the home was well labeled so you knew exactly what was going to turn on when you flipped the switch, awesome! Communication with the host was very thoughtful and they were quick to reply. Every single detail was thought through and had the comfort of the guests in mind. We will definitely be back again. Thank you.

What a delight this condo was! We have stayed in Branson 9 times and this was the BEST condo we have had the pleasure of renting! It was close to everything we wanted to do. Communication was awesome and everything we needed was provided. Absolutely loved our stay!
