Fully decorated for Christmas!This brand new fully updated listing is a calming bohemian inspired oasis on the ground floor that is conveniently equipped with large flat parking spaces just steps away from the front door! There are two OVERSIZED bedrooms with cozy king beds and HUGE walk in closets (plenty of room for a pack n play which has been provided). There is also a very comfortable queen size pull out sofa sleeper for extra sleeping arrangements. Walk out to your fully screened in porch while you enjoy your coffee and view of the Ozark Mountains! Ready to step outside and enjoy what the resort has to offer?!? The following resort amenities are LITERALLY within WALKING DISTANCE inside the Pointe Royale Golf Resort: The Clubhouse/Pro Shop, 1st Tee Box (hello golfers!) Indoor Pool, Outdoor Pool, Outdoor Hot Tub, Fitness Center, Basketball Courts, Tennis Courts, On-Site Restaurant, Dog Park, One of the children's playgrounds, annnnnd the gorgeous flowing Lake Taneycomo (who is ready for some fishing?!)!!

Hospitality brings us so much happiness! No stone was left unturned with attention to detail in providing you the most stress free vacation. We have thought of many things to relieve your travels and worries. This home is stocked with a complimentary baby pack n play for use during your stay, high chair, toddler sized blow up mattress for little sleepers, and extra personal care items for anyone who may have forgotten an essential item or two. We also have many staple pantry needs available for our guests' use like: cooking spray, aluminum foil, spices, coffee filters, Keurig pods, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid etc. The comforts and furnishings provided during your stay will only add to the level of peace and ease you will feel while enjoying your home away from home. And just wait until you see your welcome gift ;)

Nowwww let's talk BRANSON LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!! Make a left out of the complex and within two minutes you are watching the eagles soar above the GORGEOUS Table Rock Lake!! Continue on 4 more minutes and you are at Silver Dollar City!!! Take a right out of the complex and you are within 30 seconds of a supersized convenience store named the "Pantry" for ANY vacation needs you may have (plenty of adult beverage options!). Continue on 5 more minutes and you are at THE BRANSON STRIP!!! There are just too many amazing details to even list here! Whether it's a girls wine (several wineries with 5 minutes) and shopping trip, a guys cigar and golf tour (some of the most desirable golf courses in the Midwest), a family vacation full of adventure, a simple reconnection to nature and fishing getaway or just a romantic couples retreat this is the place for you!!! This condo was exactly as advertised! It was the coziest, cutest space! There was plenty of room for us to spread out and the hosts truly thought of everything! From toys for our daughter, to first aid kits, plenty of k cups, and cozy blankets to snuggle in. We will definitely be staying here again!

We had the best time celebrating my sister’s 70th birthday. Andria was the best!! The condo was so cute, cozy, comfy and clean!!! She has everything we needed for a stress free, enjoyable stay! The bed was so comfy with awesome sheets! We will definitely be back when we come to Branson again!

This stay was fantastic and the room was full of everything we may need! The kids toys & the seating in the living room made for the perfect set up for both parents and kids on rainy days. The split floor plan with two full bathrooms is great for families traveling together. Everything you may need or need to know is labeled and organized, which I loved. We will book here again!!

I didnt use most of the complex amenities so cant comment. My husband and son had a great time fishing on the lake bank, while kids played on the nice playground close by and we cooked on the grills BOHO #1 is perfect for 2 adult couples, but it has many extras for every age group. The owners of this condo are very thoughtful in provisions and the condo is nicely decorated.

Overall a great experience! The entire condo was sparkling clean upon arrival. The host checked on us throughout our stay. Extremely family friendly. The condo had plenty of toys, especially for our four and three year old. They even had toys appropriate for our 4 month old.

This place was amazing! We loved everything about it and wanted for nothing our entire stay. Our 1st night we grilled down by the river in the community picnic area and then went swimming at the pool. The beds were a 10/10 and there were fans, extra blankets, plenty of pillows - everything we would need to be comfortable. The space is laid out so nice that you don't feel on top of one another. We slept great and never heard any neighbors. We boated all day the 2nd day on Table Rock Lake; we rented a boat from Indian Point Marina. We find Indian Point to be much cheaper to rent from that the other bigger marinas - it is a 25-minute drive from the condo. Our 3rd day we spent shopping, eating out and doing activities like the mountain coaster that is down the street. We loved our stay and would recommend Branson Boho 1 to everyone we know!

We loved this cute cozy place! They have thought of everything to make a stay stress free and comfortable! We traveled with a 1 year old and she loved the little kids corner with toys! Not having to cart toys with us since they were already there was a plus! The community pool was such a wonderful perk too…the food at the clubhouse was amazing! Great place to stay and the host was quick to reply every time!

Wonderful Cute Family Friendly

We had a wonderful stay! The place is so well decorated and stocked! They thought of everything down to toys for the kids. We loved hanging out on the patio and visiting the pool. Even with three kids (6, 4, 1) there was plenty of space for us all. The owner was very communicative, thorough, and helpful plus they had cute helpful print outs in the condo! 10/10 would stay here again

Successful first stay at a VRBO

This was our first stay at a VRBO, much less this particular property. We were very pleased from the start to the finish of our visit,,,although, we wished we'd stayed longer. The owners were very helpful, beginning with the day we booked the stay. Welcome messages and information re the property were sent in a timely fashion and added to our experience. The Damrells were warm and enthusiastic about wanting to insure our stay was pleasurable. The property was as described on the web..except better than that. The location was good. The decor was attractive. The furniture was comfortable. We would enthusiastically recommend this property to our friends and family and definitely stay here ourselves on a return visit to Branson in the future.
