Newly built in 2023, great location (adjacent to Silver Dollar City!), this 6-bedroom lodge has everything your family needs for a wonderful vacation. Lake view, tons of space, game room (pool table foosball table, arcade, movie theater), private hot tub, indoor & outdoor fireplaces, kids bunk rooms, and a very well-stocked kitchen. This brand new lodge sleeps 18 people in beds, no sleeper sofas. Vaulted ceilings and big windows to let the daylight stream in and enjoy the incredible views.

Welcome to the Bluebird Lodge!

This new, family-friendly vacation home features a private hot tub, community OUTDOOR POOL, community HEATED INDOOR POOL, amazing views, and incredible access to Silver Dollar City (just a half mile away!).

This is a premier Branson vacation property located in the Crown View Estates on Table Rock Lake.

This spacious 4,000 sq ft with lodge with large bedrooms and cozy spaces await you and your family! This lodge is set up for fun and comfort. Whether outdoor spaces are your thing or you prefer the comforts of the indoors, we've got you covered!

Enjoy some time outside in the fresh air, sipping coffee on the back patio, having a drink by the fireplace or just decompressing in the hot tub. Need to cool off? No worries, you're just a short walk from the indoor and outdoor community pools.

-Community indoor pool is HEATED and open year round. The outdoor pools are open Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend, possibly outside of those dates weather permitting

Please note that this is a new development! There may be construction in the community, but construction has been completed near the lodge.

The Bluebird Lodge has everything you need for your stay in Branson! With Silver Dollar City and golf courses nearby there are plenty of local activities. Enjoy lake views and an extremely well furnished, curated experience at our lodge.

Guests have access to the Community Center - heated indoor pool, outdoor pools, kids play structure, and fire-pit

Getting Around:

Bluebird Lodge is located in a short term rental neighborhood, so you will not be disturbing local residents when enjoying your stay.

Other Things to Note:

We run a small business and want our guests to have an incredible vacation experience. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us with any questions before or during your stay!

Pet Fee - If you plan to bring a pet please select it in the drop down menu where the number of guests are added. There is a $150/pet charge to cover additional cleaning. If there is damage to any furniture or the home from the pet those costs will be passed along to guests.

Check in was simple with the provided code. The house was very spacious and the bunk rooms were great for the kids. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes. It has two standard coffee makers and a keurig. Bring your own coffee- a one pot supply is provided. We love this location for proximity to Indian Point Marina. I’d highly recommend this beautiful home for large groups and families. The movie room set up, foosball, video games, hot tub and spacious decks were an added bonus!

Excellent rental. We had older, taller teenagers so the bunks were a bit small, but we made it work. Everyone enjoyed the fun amenities, pool table, foosball table, pac man table, theater seating, hot tub and the pool. One thing we noticed, not sure if it's your cleaning supplies or what, as the floors all looked very clean, everyone that went barefoot or with sox wound up with black, dirty feet and sox. Would definitely stay again, probably try to get your larger location next time.

Perfect for a family trip!

Our large family plus friends were able to stay in this lodge easily and comfortably. We enjoyed every moment! It was a piece of cake getting in and getting it ready when we had to leave. Will come back and stay at this lodge again. Thank you!

Beautiful house for all ages

Our family of 11 plus 2 doggies had the most amazing time at Bluebird Lodge! The house is so spacious and accommodating for everyone. The kids loved the video games and pool table. The adults loved the hot tub and views and well-stocked kitchen. We all had our own bathrooms which was a plus for so many teenagers! The theater was fabulous for movie night as well. Jaron was the best with communication and the digital house guidebook was so good to have. We used it to find all sorts of house info and Branson info. I wished more rentals would provide something similar. Overall, I would rent this house again without hesitation!!

Excellent Rental

The house was amazingly clean, well maintained, and was the perfect size for our family. The kids loved the game room and theater, which gave the adults a break while they were playing in their own space. We appreciate that we were allowed to bring our dog who is also part of the family. The only downside was there was no place for the dog to potty since the whole neighborhood is houses and rocks. The house was convenient to the strip for things to do and for restaurants. It was nice to be in a rental that did not have any issues, was immaculate and well cared for. We would highly recommend staying here…we will be back and would not hesitate to rent from Jaron again! Thanks for a great stay!

Graat Holiday Season Stay

We came to Branson for some Holiday Season fun. The Bluebird Lodge was the perfect place to stay. The house was great for our extended family. With plenty of space for everyone to be together but also have separate spaces when needed. The location is amazing with great proximity to everything. The furnishings in the house exceeded expectations. They host were very quick to respond if I messaged with questions. Everything about the lodge was wonderful. We are already planning a summer trip when we can enjoy the lake.

Great Stay!

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The house was beautiful with lots of space for our family. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the large decks, watching movies in the theater area and the kids loved the video game console. All of the information we received about check-in and checkout was sent in a timely manner. Great host and property!

Bluebird Getaway

The Bluebird Lodge is a perfect lay out for several families, which is sometimes hard to find with kids in a wide age range (2 mos - almost 16yrs!). The kitchen is well stocked with all the gadgets and tableware you will ever need, including 2 dishwashers!! The hot tub is perfect, plenty of towels and chairs outside for additional seating. We took turns doing drop off/pick-ups at Silver Dollar City, highly recommend this to avoid the lines of crazy parking traffic! Overall, an A+stay on a very busy fall weekend.

Fall Break

Great location to several activities

Lots of room for our family of 10. The kids loved the pool table, foosball table, the arcade basketball game, and the comfortable theater! There were many areas to relax both inside and outside. The kitchen had all the pots and pans and utensils needed for cooking all of our meals. There were ample supplies provided for all the bathrooms and laundry room. The hosts provided all the information needed to check in and what was necessary to check out. They made it sooo easy for us!! The home was close to Silver Dollar City, a quick stop for a few food items, the “Strip,” and White Water Park! Check it out. You will not be disappointed.

Excellent home and location

Wonderful experience at bluebird lodge. Beautiful home and great amenities. Large enough you didn’t feel crowded with multiple families staying together. Proximity to SDC, restaurants and lake were fantastic. We were here for a softball tournament and were able to access all fields with ease and no traffic. Hosts were quick to communicate and able to help us with all issues that arose during our stay. Would definitely recommend and return in the future.
