Designed for both relaxing and making memories together, the home features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and comfortable sleeping space for up to eight guests. Enjoy slow mornings with a view, evenings gathered together after a day of adventure, or simply settle in and enjoy the quiet surroundings. Whether you're planning a family getaway, a lake weekend, or a Branson vacation, Vista Point gives you easy access to everything the area has to offer while still feeling like a retreat.

**IMPORTANT NOTE:** Vista Point is located in a hilly community with ongoing development near our property, including active construction on our street and surrounding areas. Guests may encounter daytime construction activity, including vehicles, workers, and occasional noise, particularly on weekdays. A portion of the access road remains gravel/unpaved and may be dusty or muddy depending on weather conditions, while the road directly in front of our home is paved.

Traveling with Dogs: Dogs are welcome for an additional pet fee. We allow up to two house-trained dogs, each weighing 50 pounds or less. Please note that the property does not have a grassy yard, and the nearest grassy area is at the pool, which requires a short drive. The outdoor areas at the property consist of pavement, gravel and natural terrain. Dogs may not be left unattended unless kenneled or crated. Please pick up after your pets and keep dogs off the beds and furniture.

Security: For guest safety and property protection, an exterior security camera monitors the front entrance and driveway/parking area only. No cameras monitor interior spaces or private outdoor areas.
