Parking was good, had no issues with that. Check in was super easy as well. When my family and I got to the room, it had a bad moldy, mildew smell that stayed the 2 nights/3 days we were there. When getting out the shower, I seen a little centipede on the bathroom floor. Did not appreciate bugs in the room. Anything we plugged in, did not want to stay in the outlets due to the outlets pushed into the wall so far. Fast forward to the ride home. A staff member had called and said they were trying to check us out and was unable to because our payment didn’t go through. I of course, argued back because then why would they let us stay for 2 nights if my payment didn’t go through. Then during this conversation, said staff member out of the blue said they would have to charge me for damages for animal feces and awful odors. I again argued back because I don’t even own pets so why would there be this mess. Staff member said she had videos and pictures and I told her I am requesting to see them. She said she would send them immediately. I waited 45 minutes and nothing came through, so I again called back. Staff member claims that she was super busy with checking out softball team(which had left the day before me). I said ok, but still want the pics and videos. She then changed her tone and said I should have trusted my customer and I will take off the damage charges that were applied to the account. I again said they should have never been applied. I will never come back to this hotel
