We LOVED this small cozy house! We were in town for the air show. We loved that the house was in a central location and it was easy to get anywhere we wanted to go within a short time. The neighborhood is a quiet neighborhood. The house itself was so cute and comfortable. There were 5 adults in our group and everyone was comfortable. We really appreciated the forgotten items and definitely the coffee pods. We have already talked about staying here again.

This place is a great place for a family stay! The host is team is excellent. There were a couple of unavoidable maintenance issues that appeared right around the time our crew was checking in for the week. Lakekynn and Nate handled everything so well: Excellent communication, quick solutions, and with care and concern. It's easy to be a great host when everything flows smoothly, but it's quite another to handle adversity with grace and a solution focused mindset --a true testament to excellence!As for the home itself: we would absolutely stay here again! Everything is so beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, comfortable, and peaceful. Our party included 3 adults, two adolescents, and a toddler. There was room for everyone to have space and privacy as needed, but the cozy size of the home lent itself to quality time for board games, movies, playing in the yard etc. There is even a playground just down the block!We also loved being close to the attractions and amenities. Our stay in late July was too hot to really enjoy a walk to nearby downtown/the landing, but in milder weather, we would have jumped at the opportunity. As it was, we choose to drive.This home was perfect for us! Thank you for such a lovely home base for our family vacation week!

Perfect location, great house

We enjoyed the proximity of the house to all the activities we wanted to do over the days we stayed. It was perfect for our family group of six including two very active toddler boys. The place was clean and there was plenty of space for our boys to play and for us to relax in the evenings! We will definitely return to this house next time we’re in Branson!

Great little cottage in the middle of it all

This cottage is great for a single family or couple who want to be near everything Branson has to offer. They have a great backyard, a cozy house, and the host clearly has an attention to detail. Would recommend!

If you come to Branson this is the place you want. Between the great location and the house and hosts you couldn't ask for more. Everything you need is there. Hope to be able to stay here again next year for the women of joy conference again.

The property was great for what we needed. It’s close to downtown and not far from popular attractions. It was very clean and decorated cute. The property manager was great to work with. I recommend the property. The only drawback was one bathroom with a shower but we worked around it.

Lovely Downtown Cottage

My dad, sister and I stayed at this lovely cottage our entire week in Branson. It is in the best location! We were literally 2 minutes away from all of the Branson activities and restaurants. The house had plenty of space, and was nice and clean. The manager was very kind and quickly responded to questions I had. I will definitely stay in this cottage the next time we come to Branson! I would highly recommend renting this cottage when you plan your trip to Branson!!

Wonderful stay

This was perfectly centrally located. Very safe neighborhood close to everything. This was my first visit to Branson. The cottage was very clean, beautifully decorated. It was able to sleep all 6 of us as a family. It had everything we needed to grill, cook during our stay. Inside the table has two seats and the bar seats two as well so we utilized the outdoor space quite a bit. The grill, fire pit, outdoor lights everything was more than we expected. We will definitely be saving this gem for future stays.

Our Time

I loved this house - the style, decor, and location. It is a perfect location based on your needs. If you are going to be out most of the time and need a home base, it is perfect. If you want a landing site for downtime to watch TV or a movie, it is a bit small on living room space beyond three.

This is such a cute location, they have done an incredible job with the decor and amenities. It was clean and so cozy, inviting. We didnt utilize the back porch due to cold weather but would definitely stay here again!

Home Away From Home

This house was to die for. It was minutes from all Branson attractions and yet had a home-y cottage feel. The hosts were the most accommodating. They provided things like toiletries and a few snacks! I stayed with my daughters and granddaughter and they all loved the house. The decor was so cute and everything was spotless. All beds were comfy and welcoming after a long day. Overall I can’t say better things about this location/house. We are already planning our trip back and hoping to snag this house again.

Family Vacation

Location was great. Close to everything we did. The backyard needed to be mowed and the firepit was taken over by grass. The outside furniature was dirty and we were not able to use it. The grill was falling apart and did not work. We ended up buying a portable grill. Mosquitos are terrible in the backyard so bring bug spray. There was what i think is called sugar ants in the kitchen. Very tiny ants. You dont see them until you are wiping down the counter. The upstairs tv worked for about 10 min then said it wasnt hooked into the hdmi connector but was. There was only one stock pot and skillet to cook with. We chose a house instead of a resort because we love to cook and grill so those were big disappointments to us. When originally bringing the issue up about the grill the host responded within 15 min saying to use a match from the laundry room. That didnt work and we told them and it was another 4 hours before we heard back and it was only to ask if we got it figured out. We had already bought a portable grill by then. The beds were comfy. One full bathroom downstairs and 3/4 bathroom upstairs as it did not have a shower and only a bathtub. We were able to move pass the hiccups and the most important thing was the kids enjoyed themselves.

Great place-needs a few things

The house and location are awesome. Very clean, cute house. We enjoyed our stay. We would have enjoyed it more with a grill that wasn’t completely falling apart(should be replaced). The outdoor area is fantastic but the seat cushions are extremely dirty and mostly unusable. The kitchen had most of what we needed but could definitely use more cooking pans and some sort of fan overhead or some sort of stove fan because the circulation is not good. If you have no plans to cook in the house this place is perfect. If you’re planning on cooking meals at the house you may want to look at another location unless you’re only cooking for two. Overall, we all enjoyed our stay and overcame the issue with the grill and the kitchen. Having the washer and dryer right there on the main floor was very convenient.

Dance Nationals in Branson

Me and 3 of my dance teachers, as well as my daughter, stayed for 6 nights. It was a great little house. It only has 1 shower, as the upstairs bathroom is a tub, but we were just fine, even being 5 females! The convenience to the Landing/Convention Center that we needed was great - literally 3-5 min. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy cottage

As soon as I walked in I felt at home. The charm of this beautiful place was perfect for my mother and I to have our own separate spaces but spent a lot of time in the living room as well. I stayed upstairs in one of my favorite bedrooms ever. My mom has only stayed in hotels and after this I think I changed her mind! Would love to stay there again and the property managers checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed! Super Impressive!
